Spicy Garlic Edamame, Blaze combo with fried gyozas

The soup here always hits whether it's cold or hot out. You must Try their lemonade with iced green tea and the spicy garlic edamame. The blaze soup is always a hit too! The service is always quick and the vibes are slurping good!

Really good food and the service was quick and fast! Small area inside the outlets but it's located conveniently near the theater. Quick bite then a movie sounds good.

Have not been back until recently. When this place first opened the take out was not very fresh. Decided to try this time eating in. They have a nice outdoor area for seating. Very conducive to conversation and relaxation. The menu also expanded compare to before. Tried the tsukemen and also the pork belly bowl. Overall food was pretty decent. The broth was flavorful. Quantity was above average. Price was fair. Would definitely be back again to try other items on the menu.

Tucked away on a La Habra corner, this small ramen gem serves up steaming bowls of rich, flavorful broth, and perfectly marinated toppings. Medium spice is perfect, in my opinion. Friendly staff, intimate atmosphere, and bold, authentic flavors make it a must-visit for any ramen lover. So far this is my 3rd time here and nothing ever disappoints.

YUMMMNYYYYYYY a lil expensive but its so good cute place workers very nice Good ramen good day

the bestie and i's go to place in the winter! so happy a location opened up in la habra. this cozy, top-tier ramen spot is just perfect if you want to sit around outside during the cold season, having some spicy broth and chatting about life. the service is wonderful and everyone is so attentive! definitely not a person that jumps for an outdoor spot, but it's a must when it comes to sharing some drinks

Never disappoints! This spot is new to the area (I have been to the Chino and Monterey Park locations) and I wanted to see if this one lived up to the other two. Great news. It did!! My hubby is not a ramen fan AT ALL, and he said that he would be coming back. Score!! Food was delicious and so much flavor. Service was friendly and made some great recommendations. It's a small spot, and parking is tight, but it is cute and they have inside and outside eating. We'll be back!

Delicious bowl of ramen to warm up the soul. The restaurant is clean and ambiance is good. Folks enjoying their food. Lively crowd. Service is good. As for food, the pork bun is delish, perfectly cooked pork and bouncy pillowy bun. The truffle ramen was tasty, rich and piping hot just like how we like it. Eggs was cooked well.

Arrived around 5pm on a Sunday evening and waited about 10 minutes to get a table. Staff was helpful with updates throughout the wait. We got the classic with a side of fried gyoza. The ramen was fantastic but didn't really care for the filling in the gyoza. Food came out quickly, service was very attentive and kind. I enjoy the chill, lowkey vibes that the ambiance gives. I look forward to returning.

I really like Silverlake Ramen. My boyfriend and I go regularly but this was a new location for us. The server was incredibly quick and kind. Unfortunately my thicker noodles in the garlic truffle ramen were a little undercooked and clumped a bit. It was still good, but definitely not how it normally is. The neon lights throughout the restaurant are super cute!

Delicious ramen good serving it's filling. Had great service, there's a few tables very limited seating. But it wasn't much of a wait to be seated. Relaxing ambiance great for small groups of people. I got the spicy ramen with chicken and medium spicy it was delicious great flavor.

Where to go on a lazy Monday afternoon??? I didn't want burgers or pizza and the hubs suggested "The new Ramen" place!! Whoa, when I found out Silverlake Ramen was now in La Habra, I was surprised it was at the old GBurger spot. Hopefully this location works out for them. It's a bit away from foot traffic or local shops that usually would attract customers. The location is small and the parking lot is for about 10 cars, and a patio with outdoor seating for the puppers! The ramen is delicious, so far my favorite has been Blaze (I am not sure on the name) it come in a creamy broth and ordered spicy!! I didn't add any extras but there are options. The bowl looks small but it fills a person up quickly! I also tried the three different mushrooms cooked in butter. I ended up tossing the leftovers in my "To-Go"soup container. The second time I went, they started doing sushi rolls, so I ordered a Spicy Tuna roll. It was good but I'll stick to the Ramen Noodles ! I'd rather slurp my carbs here! :D Thank you for reading!!!! @Just_._jax

It's a small, quaint, unassuming place, but their kitchen cranks out rich flavors. We all got different things so we could try out what they have to offer. I was the only one brave enough to try the (bulgogi) mazemen, and it did not disappoint. I followed the instructions on the table & I liked it w/ the vinegar! Another person at our table got the donkatsu w/ rice; it was gobbled up pretty quick so I imagine it was delicious. The other 2 were in the mood for tonkatsu ramen - 1 got spicy, the other, plain. It looked like there was a lot of green onions for my taste, but they didn't complain. Another hit was the karagge chicken and gyoza - both came w/ tasty sauces! It's a great restaurant in an area filled with other great spots, so we'll be back!

Service was excellent and we especially loved how clean and well kept the restaurant was. We look forward to coming back for seconds!

5/5, vegan review included:…read more Vegans & vegetarians this one is for you!! I was shocked to discover Hanamaru served both meat eaters and the plant based crew, and could not believe my eyes when I saw they had a vegan menu on Yelp, but call me astounded when I realized that it was several PAGES long. It reminded me a little of Huntington Ramen in Fullerton, and the similarities make sense since they are sister restaurants, as noted by previous Yelpers. We visited on a Saturday night to celebrate some birthdays, and realized that they had a pretty full crowd. We waited a little to be seated, but afterwards, service was both kind and attentive. I struggled to make up my mind on what to order, because everything on the vegan menu had pictures and looked absolutely phenomenal. I wound up just asking for a recommendation for the most popular roll, and landed on the vegan volcano roll, while my friend ordered the non-vegan volcano roll. We also ordered several small plates: baked mussels for my friend, and vegan inari bomb and vegan tofu karaage for us to share. While we waited, the server brought out two crispy rice--one vegan and one not vegan for us on the house. They were simply delicious, and I will need to order that the next time I'm dining here. Everything we ordered came quickly, and tasted as good as the pictures. My friend tried one of my vegan rolls, and she said it was just as good as her non vegan rolls. They're super flavorful but manage to taste very clean and light, perhaps from the cucumbers. She might just order from the vegan menu next time too! Of the small plates, I liked the tofu karaage more, but only because the flavors on the inari bomb resembled that of the rolls I ordered. I've been to many vegan sushi places over the years, and this is one of my favorite spots, despite it being catered to both meat eaters and vegans alike. After we finished, they also served us one vegan and nonvegan ice cream on the house. While we didn't tell them we were celebrating birthdays, their extremely kind service made us feel exceptionally well taken care of. It was ~$70 after tip and I tipped higher for the great service we received, so pre-tip prices are not unreasonable. This will definitely be my go to spot for whenever I'm craving vegan sushi.

First Visit (Thursday - Essentials AYCE): We came with friends and tried a wide range of appetizers, ramen (good), and sushi, including all the limited premium selections. The shrimp tempura and dipping was very bland, and the soft-shell crab lacked crunch, but the salmon & yellowtail collars were excellent. Fish was fresh. All items were generously portioned and their generous cuts of fish was impressive. We also liked the grab-and-go drinks and desserts (though no Coke Zero). The restaurant filled up quickly after 6pm, so arriving early helped. Service by Sue was friendly and attentive. Second Visit (Friday - Signature AYCE): The Signature upgrade includes an omakase starter, unlimited bluefin tuna, plus everything on the Essentials menu. The unlimited bluefin tuna was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and worth the $15 upgrade. We mainly focused on sushi this time - blue fin, yellow tail, limited premium (scallops were amazing) items, avocado cut rolls, and carpaccios. The shrimp tempura was bland again (strike two) but the shishito peppers were a nice surprise. Finishing with Coke Zero (yay!) and ice cream was perfect. Chelsea, our waitress, was very attentive and engaging. Overall: Fresh fish, generous cuts and portions, and the Signature AYCE upgrade make this spot a gem. They also offer fresh-frozen wasabi which is a plus for me. Not everything hits the mark (tempura!), but the variety, attentive service, and value keep us coming back. Glad to have found a local Japanese restaurant with AYCE options nearby.

Once I tried their sushi for the first time, they quickly became one of my favorites in OC. They fly their fish in every Friday and you can literally taste the freshness. Over the times I've visited, I've tried basically the whole menu but a couple in particular are my favorites. I always start off with the Blue crab appetizer that's wrapped with salmon on the outside and asparagus. Their sushi rolls are all solid here--I can't recommend the signature Chubby roll enough. And if you're feeling adventurous, they even have Tuna bone marrow shots which are actually such a nice palate cleanser! And, of course, the star of the show is the Chubby sashimi platter. Each piece is thiccc and melts in your mouth and even comes with sweet shrimp and uni. This spot is genuinely a 10/10, so if you haven't tried it, like I said, you're definitely missing out! They also barely give any ice in the drinks (like 8 tiny cubes), and I always have to ask for more. The sushi is very hit or miss, but we did find 3 rolls we really enjoy, so we usually just stick to ordering those. The biggest issue is the service. Every visit we end up having to wave someone down for refills, extra ice, or even the check. There's definitely potential here, but they really need to improve consistency and customer service

Both of our drinks tasted great and were refreshing. The Iced Green Tea also had free refills, which was nice. Next we ordered some appetizers; the Spicy Garlic Edamame (our usual) and the King Crab Bites (to try something new). The Spicy Garlic Edamame was tasty as usual and had a nice kick. My husband wasn't a fan of the King Crab Bites because he thought they could've used more flavor and the texture was off. Lastly, we ordered our entrees; I tried something new and ordered the Pork Curry Katsu while my husband had the Pork Cutlet Ramen (mild spice level). The Pork Curry Katsu was delicious, complex, and full of flavor. The pork katsu was crispy and cooked to perfection, which complemented the curry and rice. My husband enjoyed his Pork Cutlet Ramen as well. His only issue was that it could've used a bit more salt. It is pricey here, but they do give generous entree portions. We were very full and had some leftovers to take home for later. We had a few different servers, and they were all polite and helpful. Our food was brought out quickly, which was also great. The only issue is that the service was a bit spotty and we weren't checked on very often to see if we needed anything (for example, I didn't get any refills). It wasn't too busy either, so I'm not sure why this was the case. The interior was clean and had a casual, slightly lively atmosphere. They have blend of modern and traditional Japanese decor, which gives off a comfy/modern dining experience. There's a decent amount of seating, and you have the option of sitting at the bar or a table. Both options put you in close proximity to other diners, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. They also had different mix of music genres playing in the background. Overall we had a decent experience and plan on stopping by again soon!
