Unfortunately, he got very NASTY the one time I had a question in regards to my fee base account and ended up telling me to find a new broker. Thankfully, I found someone that we are very happy with.

I've been with Edward Jones, Dan Rosen and company for about 25 years now. During that time we have all seen fluctuations in the market. His explanations have given me the right direction that has helped keep me on track (I hope) of one day soon to financially say I can retire. He has listened to my concerns, sold at times I got nervous when he told me to stay put. No one can predict when a market has reached it's bottom or it's top. He always reminds me not to miss the best days by sitting on the side lines. Overall, as I look back, his advice has allowed me to pay myself first. You see all kinds of advertisements out there trying to get your money. I don't feel he's out trying to get my money. He's earning me a good return based on my risk tolerance, age, occupation, etc. I get attention to detail from Dan, Sue and Sandy with multiple accounts. I've played a little money with another associate to make a comparison of claims. After four years of that seed money, Dan and Edward Jones doubled those returns. While this might not always be the case, I will always consider Dan as more than just an agent. He's a friend who I highly recommend if at all possible for your investment opportunities to pay yourself first.

My wife asked me to sit through a virtual consultation with alleged Co-Founder Kiki Kaveevittayakul. From the beginning, I sensed a scam but chose to respect my wife's wishes and sit through the conversation. This was an introductory call so another couple (my wife's close friend) joined the meeting with us. During the meeting, I disclosed that I had a few different retirement accounts. I shared how I was not sure what type of account one of them was. Kiki offered to help me figure out what type of retirement account I had and asked that I send her a statement. I sent her one of my statements and Kiki immediately disclosed the information from my statement to my wife's friend and her husband in an attempt to embarrass us! Kiki, if you are reading this, I hope the brief moment of satisfaction you obtained by illegally disclosing my financial information and attempting to embarrass us was worth it for you as I am just getting started here with this review. Kiki Kaveevittayakul is nothing but a judgemental snake of a person! I hope you will sense the dishonesty and insincerity that I did upon meeting her virtually and run in the opposite direction. Shame on me for sending her my information - lesson learned! I am so glad I convinced my wife that these insurance pyramid schemes are giant scams and that I didn't give this person the opportunity to sabotage our lives as I assume she intended to. If anyone can suggest legal action I can take from here, please contact me directly jeremymelito95@gmail.com You've been warned! Invest in the S&P 500

The foyer area has a big TV with usually business news on and nice selection of single serve coffee in case you are waiting for an appointment or are in line. I have had to ask a representative to close out of my account prior to leaving they left it on the big screen. What the hell? They just got sued for a data breach. My last in person visit. The representative couldn't open a roth for me so i could have pretty much saved myself a trip and done it on my own with a representative over the phone which is what i did while in the branch. The rep was in the room with me and we had to call the fidelity customer service line. I guess he was good as far as answering questions while in the room. Again not comfortable how lax everyone seemed to be with my account. What really bothered me was i caught the guy looking at my chest. Made me really uncomfortable and doubt i will go back to that branch due to that. Now I will review the service over the phone and their preditory marketing practices. I have received numerous calls from their reps saying they have looked into my account and want to discuss my investment options. This is insane. So anyone can look into my account from fidelity with sensitive info. My privacy is being violated. I have asked to be put on the do not call list and i'm still getting calls followed up by emails that I haven't responded. The poor judgement makes me not trust them with my money. I'm very disappointed with them. They don't take privacy seriously and feel like they can borderline stalk clients which is what i feel like. Like i'm dodging telemarketers i don't want to deal with. It's harassment!

I received an offer to retire early at age 55, and knew that the company pension would not suffice. I contacted this firm to obtain a plan that would offer good investment returns and sufficient income to allow me to retire early. At first, this firm was highly responsive to me, contacting me monthly with updated information. After several years I found myself having to contact them to get needed information and documents for tax purposes. By 2015, this firm had increased its fees and lowered its level of service to the point that I was forced to move my portfolio. My income was declining monthly and my investment advisor had been reassigned! I found myself working with a part timer who hadn't a clue as to how to advise me! In early 2016 I ended my relationship with Morgan Stanley and am now being well served by a different brokerage firm.

I was so thankful to have found him, and have been delighted with his support and guidance when trying to manage our family estate. When feeling overwhelmed with the sudden passing of my parent, and looking after my Mom, who has Alzheimer's, and putting my son through college, I didn't know where to begin. I call Jeff my "younger, big brother" because of the way he looks after our family. He's a very skilled advisor, with kindness, compassion, and a big heart. You don't see those words associated with many a financial advisor. Jeff is exceptional in his field. He has helped find the support we needed to sell our family home, take care of my Mom's specialized care, increase my son's college fund, and find an equally amazing tax consultant, Frank Miraglia, who is skillfully managing our family's taxes . Jeff always checks in to see how we are all doing! We have been so very blessed to have found Jeff Prince. We have entrusted our family finances with him and have peace of mind and joyful hearts with his care and support. I recommend Jeffrey Prince without reservation as a financial advisor. He's very holistic in his way, looking at the entire situation and breaking it down into manageable parts that he magically fixes one by one! Jeff is someone you can count on and trust with your family's finances and watch them grow, he certainly has been a blessing to our family!
