My whole kitchen got flooded and set the overflow valve off on dishwasher. The owner sent same plumber out and he took care.of the plug. He would not pull small dishwasher out to get Xtra water out. In turn, the overflow switch stayed on. I called another person out and he pulled dishwasher out and emptied Xtra water. He charged me $50.00 . And automatically after that the switch turned off and dishwasher worked. Sonny, the owner should be honest and pay me Xtra I paid. He is responsible for his employees. I called Rinnai and asked for a referral in my area. They referred me to Green Valley Plumbing. Kevin came out and suggests different possibilities for "shut off valves", "ball valves" and a "spring check value". I asked for a bid, the next day a technician named Adam came out and went over the project from outside the house (water supply and pressure) and found that the pressure was 80psi and with open faucet it dropped down to 50 psi. He also found out the operation of the recirculating unit was not putting out the full circle of piping to the back. Adam made the changes and now I am a happy camper with full pressure to the shower and continuous hot water throughout the house. With Adams research of the unit and the replacement of the recirculation pump, I am a 20 minute shower guy again. Thank You Adam for your hard work. After a terrible experience with another A/C company, their knowledgeable, gimmick-free approach was a breath of fresh air. No "spin the wheel" tactics--just a real conversation. I sent their General Manager, Jim, the estimate I'd received from the other guys and a separate second opinion along with my concerns. Instead of speculating, Jim sent James out to evaluate our system personally. James spent two hours inspecting everything and discovered the previous company had recommended a massive amount of unnecessary equipment and failed to mention that the actual issues were caused by their own poor installation. The best part? Cool Willy's didn't charge us a dime for the visit, calling it a "re-evaluation." The next day, they sent an estimate for the actual repairs that was less than half the price of the original quote. It's rare to find this level of integrity.
