Five stars isn't enough…read more I've known David Jackson for nearly 30 years, and when it came time to buy a home--not once, but twice--he was the first person I called. A little over a year ago, my wife and I considered relocating to Redding. Dave and his wife (who's also a fantastic realtor) showed us around and immediately had us dialed into the right neighborhoods and homes. But what stood out was that before we even arrived, Dave had already completed the pre-approval process and done a ton of legwork. He was ahead of the game from the start. Though we ultimately decided to stay in SoCal at the time, when we recently found a great home in Temecula, reaching back out to Dave was a no-brainer. He handled everything step by step, always clear, responsive, and laser-focused on getting things done right. Thanks to his expertise and precision, we closed in just 21 days--with remarkably little stress. His attention to detail and commitment to his clients are truly unparalleled. If you want a loan officer who treats your home purchase like it's his own, look no further than David Jackson and Omega Mortgage.

Unmatched Service and Speed - Omega Mortgage Group…read more David Jackson and Omega Mortgage Group are truly on another level when it comes to mortgage lenders. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of five-star, white-glove service. We were treated with the dignity and respect every family deserves--something that's rare these days. The speed at which this team moves is absolutely second to none. I couldn't believe how fast we closed. They consistently under-promise and over-deliver, keeping us informed every step of the way. They also operate in many states, so if you have a second home outside of Redding, California--or rental properties in other states--they can help you with those too. Their reach and experience go far beyond the local market. If you're buying, refinancing, or just exploring your options, I highly recommend you tell your realtor, friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors about this incredible man, Dave Jackson, and the exceptional team at Omega Mortgage Group. You won't regret it.

Dennis and Diane Black are some seriously top-notch brokers!!!…read more After failed attempts with other broker leads over the past year (And lost friends over it...) the Black's saved the day. We worked with them weekly over the past 7 months to ensure we purchase not only the right home for us and well within budget... but also to learn the ropes of buying a home since this was our first. This team was patient with all the questioning and yearning to understand the process even if the same question came up multiple times. They truly made us feel comfortable along the way and with the process as a whole. They communicated frequently and are the easiest company to get a hold of. They kept their commitments to us and strived for perfection. They managed to find us the best rates out there and when shopped against along the way, remained to be the unbeatable low. Through about 4 different contracts they kept us in the loop and when we finally bought, worked with the lender to ensure we did not get the shaft. They are among the FHA loan experts and it showed. We will continue to pass their name along and I am sure will be using them in the future should we choose to buy before they retire!
