My experience included the following: * Communication Gaps: Despite choosing their highest-tier service plan for its 48-hour communication policy, dozens of emails from my business partner and me went unacknowledged throughout the year. * Delayed Reporting & Financial Impact: I requested my books be finalized by mid-December to allow for year-end tax planning. Because this was not done, I was unable to make strategic business purchases before the year-end deadline, which resulted in a significant financial disadvantage for my company. * Filing Accuracy: Upon seeking a second opinion from another tax professional, I was advised that two deductions on my filed return were applied incorrectly. This has necessitated a formal amendment to my filing. * Unfinished Deliverables: Work on my books for the prior year did not substantively begin until after the calendar year had already ended, despite my repeated requests for completion throughout the fourth quarter.
