We went on a search to find a new accountant and after interviewing A LOT of people, we found Jeff and his wonderful associates. In my experience, Jeff is an excellent salesman who is very reassuring on the phone and tells you exactly what you want to hear regarding service levels. However, once the engagement began, I found that the actual performance did not match the initial promises; when it came time to execute the work and answer questions, he became effectively unreachable. My experience included the following: * Communication Gaps: Despite choosing their highest-tier service plan for its 48-hour communication policy, dozens of emails from my business partner and me went unacknowledged throughout the year. * Delayed Reporting & Financial Impact: I requested my books be finalized by mid-December to allow for year-end tax planning. Because this was not done, I was unable to make strategic business purchases before the year-end deadline, which resulted in a significant financial disadvantage for my company. * Filing Accuracy: Upon seeking a second opinion from another tax professional, I was advised that two deductions on my filed return were applied incorrectly. This has necessitated a formal amendment to my filing. * Unfinished Deliverables: Work on my books for the prior year did not substantively begin until after the calendar year had already ended, despite my repeated requests for completion throughout the fourth quarter. Based on my experience, I would caution other business owners that the responsiveness promised during the onboarding process may not reflect the reality of the day-to-day service.

I run my own business and he set me up to create and distribute invoices, collections, and everything that it takes to get my billing done. I mean it was a revelation for me to get everything in order and know where it's all going - and More Importantly - where it's coming in from!! Right. They did my taxes and saved me a bunch of money - and listen, I have an undergrad in accounting with a concentration in taxes (4.0 in this area) but I gotta admit - it is / it was and always will be CONFUSING! (Confucius say use Axis to save yourself aches and pains). Okay, maybe too corny. A HUGE Blessing to have these guys really take the time - be extremely patient (I wouldn't be that patient) and take me through the steps of doing my own day to day accounting. At first they did it for me - and then they weaned me out of it by helping me through the steps numerous times. I wanted to do it after a few years when my business became easier. Point is - Contact Axis with Keith - you will Love this guy. He's too easy to deal with and he has a personality. Some accountants you don't know what they're thinking like it's some kind of mystery. Not so with these guys - straight up, reliable, and get the job done by knowing all the angles. INTEGRITY
