When I was in a despairing panic about the state of my excessive, unsecured debt load, I saw a notice posted by Cate Eranthe on our community bulletin board. And that's just Step One. And, even now, I am waiting in limbo for the final court decision, which, although I expect it to be favorable, is still unnerving with no expert to provide reassurance. Because of the type of debts I had incurred, I needed to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy instead of a Chapter 7, which is what most people file.
