They don't just buy stuff and stock it in the store. I saw one customer picking up a belt that had been repaired and another who'd purchased jewelry but needed it to be adjusted. The guy kept taking it to the back and working on it and bringing it back to her until it fit as she like. I also was interested a bracelet that I couldn't fit and somehow he was able to heat and bend it into a shape so that I could. There was only one person working that day, the owners husband. He was so patient and made suggestions based on what he thought I would like and not just the highest priced item in the store. Also he knows how to back off and let you browse on your own but is always near if you have questions or need help. They also can do orders via phone by video chat or sending you photos of the items and will ship.

When we arrived there were no other customers and the two ladies working that day were on us like white on rice the entire time. They followed us around every inch of the store and commented and complimented every item we even so much as laid eyes on. It was Uber annoying so we left empty handed. The sales associates should learn to read the customers and adjust. It was clear we just wanted to browse on our own and their constant barrage of sales tactics drove us right out the door.

I take a photo of what it looks like when I drop it off. I am not paranoid. I am just VERY careful about my jewelry because so much of it is heirloom items. My class ring got all bent up and had to be resized. Inside the ring is my name and I did not want to lose that. I explained all this to them. It came back perfectly sized and reshaped and my name still intact inside. I could not have been happier. I am not in the market for any jewelry so i didn't look at their inventory.
