Terrible Service. I sent a contact form over a month before I needed toilet service for an event…read morewith people coming from over 40 states and Canada. After no response to email, I contacted them a week later, I was told by Sarah, they got the request and would get me a quote. I waited another week and called back. Sarah once again said she had not heard back from Fred, but would let me know right away. I started calling more often, and kept being told Fred was busy, but she would call back ASAP. Then 2 weeks before the event, Sarah tells me "Well, Fred hasn't really talked to me about this, he might just not be interested". I said "What!, I have the event coming up in less than 2 weeks, you have to tell me if you will at least do it." She said she would get an answer for me and call me back that afternoon. Of course she never called, so I Monday, I called and Jerry answered. I re-explained to him what I needed, and they had an email with all the specifics and GPS coordinates sent a month ago, he seemed more helpful, and would call me back. Of course he did not call, so I called again. This time I was told not to worry, they could absolutely take care of the job, just needed to get me a price. Finally the first time anyone from Hills Septic called me back, it was Jerry, he said nope we are too busy. Try someone else. I was not happy, and he tells me "hay, don't be mad at us, you waited until the last minute to order these, I told him I've been in contact with them for over a month for these. He said tough luck, find someone else. This is the worst kind of service possible.
