Brewer Construction was the sub on our project and was responsible to do the foundation and the in…read morefloor heat. After all was said and done the foundation did NOT meet code and the in floor heating does not work as intended. Brewer refuses to fix the problem as does our general contractor TWC Construction even though a citation from the county has been issued. Both of these contractors are lacking in skills and professionalism. Do NOT even consider hiring them if you want things done right!!!
