If I could give 1 star, I would. Myself and my colleague are based in Dallas, but reached out to…read moresee if we could get a snow removal quote/service for our Rapid City location. Not even two whole seconds after my colleague introduced himself the man who introduced himself as "Gus" hung up on us. Assuming that he thought we were telemarketers based off of us introducing our company first, we called back and were hung up on AGAIN. A third attempt sent us straight to voicemail. We then left a message that we were attempting to utilize their services for snow removal for a commercial site, but even if they DO call back we are NOT interested. So so so horribly unprofessional. Not sure what I was expecting from a business that is unclaimed AND has no reviews, but good lord some passable phone skills seem like the bare minimum at least!
