The only time they talked to her was when they wanted to be paid for the job which took about 12 hours and they charged close to $5000. When asked to itemize their bill, they would not do it and threaten to put a lien on her house before they would finalize the job. They would not finish the job before the check was in their hands. The work did not justify the amount of money they were paid. They were only interested in getting paid not doing a quality job.
