We tried the tasty ribs, plump chicken, sweet potatoes, beans, potato salad - had a good variety of eats. My personal favorite and bias though was the Mac and Cheese. This some straight soul macaroni and cheese, prepared in casserole form and then you get a good sized chunk in the meals. The only thing I wasn't hot on was the cornbread as it was dry. But other than, loved all the components of the dinners. I'm hoping to do an annual trip to Palm Springs and I will surely be making Brown's BBQ and Soul Food a part of that. I know the history here and it is an interesting story. FACILITY: All I can say is no expense was spared, anywhere during the original build. MENU: Very good, lots of choice and maybe you can find something healthy on the menu, but this is a place to experience. FOOD PREP: Ok, never has been over the top but not what they were going for.
