Driving home and looking for something local. Silver springs pizza fit the bill! Really cool place. Nice, friendly folks. Large menu with more options than just pizza. Started with fried cheese. Delicious. Light breading and fried in little squares like marshmallows. We decided to get a pie. Chose the spicy Ocalan. Deep dish with spicy meats and giardinaria. So unique and very tasty. Everything we had was really good and reasonably priced. read more

Out of business 6/16/2026. Closed and this stupid yelp needs more words. They don't have any employees. The sign in front says for sale. Not taking DoorDash orders any more. Got it yelp? read more

homey and casual. Minute I walked in the stop was very kind and welcoming. Gave us the option of sitting where we would like period it was a group party of 5 reordered pizza, Pasta, and beers period So just the only possibility. Cornelius was our server and he was great and so friendly. He really gave me and my friends a great experience and we most definitely will be coming back not only for the great delicious hot food, but also the great service we received. I will be recommending thisnplace and Cornelius to everyone! read more

Slimly canned mushrooms aren't what go on a pizza. Super Thin sliced onions and green peppers get dried out and tasteless when baked. Very dense cheese. They claim good ingredients but that is not true. Or, they just don't understand how to use them for a pizza. Dry mushrooms!! It isn't that difficult! Fools read more

Pizza was great, the garlic knots are huge! Ordered takeout, service was quick and attentive. Inside decor reminded me of Craker Barrel meets Italy. Would definitely order again! read more

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but you walk in and it's a whole different story. The Atmosphere is that of an upscale Italian Restarant decorated with top shelf wine with a slight country vibe. The food is absolute to-die-for. I've ordered the fettuccini Alfredo around 10x , I can't get enough. The best item on their menu though, has got to be there pizza ... not to mention, they have a huge selection of fine wines and craft beer I'll keep returning here over and over again anytime I crave pizza or pasta... best Italian restaurant in town. If you don't at least try this place... you're missing out P.s. Ian the bartender deserves a raise :) he helped me get sober read more

This place is a true gem. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. Smiles all around. The decor is quaint, a great hole in the wall vibe. Spotless. The pizza(supreme) was excellent. Piping hot & great gooey cheesy goodness. The sausage was really tasty with just touch of sweetness to it. We are so glad we stopped here. We didn't get everyone's name; JamieLynn was so sweet and helpful. Take a chance; you won't be disappointed! read more

Amazing pizza and calzones! And the restaurant is veteran owned. Definitely recommend!

I have been back to Silver Springs Pizza about 3 or 4 times since it has been under new management. Unfortunately, the last meal I ordered was a calzone and the dough was not fully cooked. We have also noticed that the pizza is not as good as it used to be either. I am bummed out because I really used to like this place. read more

3/20/23 Lunch for 2. AC was set at too warm of a level. Fried mozzarella fell apart on the plate. 10 wings had 2 drums and 8 flats. They should always be 5 & 5. 2 house wines for $16 is overpriced. read more

Excellent delicious pizza ! We ordered thin crust sausage and onion and it was so good. Nice people, great atmosphere.

Loved both pizzas we ordered. Also had the cheesesteak a couple of weeks ago and it was very good! fast efficient friendly service too!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! We have eaten here many times and always used to enjoy it since their opening, however the last 2 times, including today, have been absolutely horrid. They food was cold and tasteless and isn't anything like it used to be. And tonight, after we ordered for a late dinner before bed, we get a LADYBUG in one of our pastas. Will never be going or ordering from here again and I suggest everybody avoid spending their money here. read more

They've really fixed it up nice in here. Just in time for the quarantine. We've had a hard time finding pizza we like since Mike's closed. We got a pizza from here and it was really excellent. This is the PERFECT place to stop for a bite to eat after exploring Silver Springs! It's right across the street! The staff was SUPER friendly, even though they were pretty busy! The food came out quick and was pipping hot! Everything is made right there at the restaurant. They said they don't even have a freezer! Mozzarella sticks are a must for a starter. And we got the pizza and boneless wings! Both were phenomenal! Literally can't go wrong with this place and the prices were very reasonable too! I'll definitely be back. Probably like 100 times! read more

The inside is cute. I placed a pickup order. Pizza was cold when I got home. I live about 10 minutes, from there. I wish the pizzas had a few more toppings on them. After heating up the pizza it had good flavor, I like the crust and sauce. The wings were nice and crispy. I will probably give them at least one more try. read more

I've been there a few times with some great pizza in the past and now the last two times I've ordered pizza it seems like the quality of ingredients has gone down. Even my wife said this taste a little off and I was looking forward to having it for my birthday but now I need to find another place in this area that has better pizza than This. Not sure if it's due to Covid or lack of employees or trying to save a buck but I'm not wasting my money there anymore as the last time I was there I felt like I wasted 20 bucks for pizza read more

We finished our tour of Silver Springs state park including the glass bottom boats. We were lucky as the manatees were there at the springs. We finished and were famished. So we saw this pizza place. It was not part of a franchised chain. So we pulled in there. We thought it was really good. They had a full menu but we stuck with the pizza. It was freshly made, piping hot and a thin crispy crust. My test fir a good pizza is one with plenty of toppings but the crust has to be crispy enough to support the weight of the toppings. A slight droop at the end of the slice is acceptable, but if the crust droops so much that the toppings are in danger that fall iff, then the pizza is downgraded. This pizza passed 10 out of 10! Good service. Clean environment. Drinks kept full. read more

Grabbed a pizza and veggie calzone to go while camping down that way. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and they have a pretty good selection on the menu. The pizza is very good, NY style. Great proportion of toppings to pizza, not overwhelming to make it soggy, and not to little so you don't get something in every bite. Crust was very nicely done, sauce and cheese were good also. The calzone was huge, loaded with cheese and veggies. Very tasty. The only thing that is keeping the 5th star was the marina with the calzone, it was very thin, and tasted like salsa rather than a thick, hearty, full bodied flavor of marina. It's not a show stopper, and I'll go back in the future, but will probably pass on the calzone. read more

Expensive, mediocre food. We weren't impressed and won't be back. Sorry, just being honest.

the only good...15% discount to military. All the bad...watery, tasteless, small portion of pasta. ground meat for meat sauce was tough and chewy, almost taste like horse meat. obviously very low quality ground meat. they put 2 little doughy bread things on the side of the bowl, so were soggy. didn't eat them. They do not have lunch "specials" like almost every other restaurant. they only offer dinner size bowls, not lunch size, so the price for what they give is too much. the other 2 lunch people were only eating pizza. Seems all reviews are for pizza. No one was eating pasta, now I know why. When telling the server our dilemmas she said "oh well". She could not care less. Our group eats out 5 days a week and have for years. We know good and the bad places. We all decided we will not be back here. "Oh well." read more

Best pizza place I've ever been to! We stopped by after visiting Silver Springs and saw the cute little red restaurant. We ordered 6 garlic rolls, the small chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, 10 bone in garlic parm wings, & the chocolate cake. Everything came out AMAZING!! It was the best pizza I've ever had. The dough was so fresh and amazing. The place is cute and small, very decorated. The bathrooms were cleaned and smelled great. Staff was friendly and service was quick. They are always closed, every Wednesday and Friday nights we try and order pizza, message says open till 11:00 on Friday but at 8:45 they won't answer the phone, message says to order online, you go to order online and it says no longer taking orders. It's very frustrating week after week. Then driving home we go right past there, parking lot is full, lots of people inside. This is not a way to treat customers who like your food. It's like they just don't want to answer the phone. Guess we will just give up trying to order, they seem to not care! read more

Pizza dough is a bit undercooked and the pizza is a bit watery. The crust is average at best. The restaurant has very loud irritating fans. The service is good and the waitress was very nice. The garlic knots were more like biscuits they were average. The prices aren't bad. If you are expecting a traditional NY Style pizza it comes up short. I don't think they are using high protein flour or it's not retarded long enough. Either way it's avg at best. I think I would give it another try if they weren't so busy. read more

What a great place. We used this restaurant as a meeting place for family from Jacksonville and us from Bradenton. Barb, our server was awesome! She was so friendly, yet did her job well. Thank you Barb. We had a variety of things off of the menus and they were all great. We were welcome to sit there as long as we wanted to, which we really appreciate . We had not been together for many years. read more

Best pizza on this side of the County. The veggie calzone was excellent. Would recommend.

We have been here about 5 times, and it never disappoints us.. pizza and appetizers are delicious! Servers are sweet and attentive!

We've been wanting to try this pizza place for months and they didn't disappoint! From the time I placed my to-go order over the phone to pick up everyone was very friendly. The calzones are very large for the price, salads are super fresh, and the cheese pizza was very good- not a lot of grease, good ratio of cheese and sauce. We will absolutely be back! read more

Good pizza. Maybe best in the area! Ingredients are fresh helping for a very nice taste.

Ordered a pan pizza, wings, and mozzarella bites for a super Bowl dinner with my family. We had ordered this same order a week before and thought we would be getting the same thing. The pizza was smaller than a dinner plate with 4 slices and priced @ $18.99, the week before and on the menu it is priced at $15, we ordered crispy wings, received wings that were raw. total bill came to over $50. TALK ABOUT PRICE GOUGING FOR A SUPERBOWL. asked for a manager was told to busy. I called back and the employee advised we dont have a manager. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT. I will advise all friends and family not to frequent this restaurant any longer. read more

Had what I now believe is the best pizza in town! Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture because, like my homework, my dog kept trying eat it . I got the medium Extravaganza with a perfect crust and just the thinnest layer of sauce, not sweet at all & with a tiny bit of heat, fresh sliced Italian sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms & pepperoni. Everything was in perfect proportions so one flavor didn't overwhelm another. I guess my dog doesn't like spaghetti with marinara sauce so I was able to get a picture of it.. Again perfect proportions of sauce to pasta and a ton of it! Nothing gloppy here, good tomatoes, herbs and a touch of sugar. The biggest drawback is they don't deliver or even have curbside pickup, you have to go inside. It won't stop me from returning . read more
