When I got there I sat with someone who asked a bunch of questions who then said ok I am taking your pet to the back to be weighed and then left the room closing the door behind her when I went to follow. Weird but I waited 15 minutes and was wondering what was going on my pet was brought back in the room by the Dr telling me is perfectly normal upon physical exam. I feel like I was scammed 207 dollars for what I am unsure ( I was charged for an emergency visit which seems insane seeing we were seen 72 hours after I called), I saw nothing actually happen. I was not given any more information then what I read only on Google and was told the Dr thinks my pet is a boy but can't be sure because she states he is still too young to know (over a year old bearded dragon) ... I have had cats in the past never did they do the exam without me there to witness. I guess if your an exotic pet owner you don't get to see what they do to your pet? Then I am told to bring back a stool sample for another 107 dollar charge (which upon return was changed to 109.65? which I of course just paid because I am genuinely worried about my pet lethargic and not eating with blood in stool. No one gave me any directions for the stool test just collect stool and return, 24 hours after return I get a call saying testing is negative. I ask to speak to the vet regarding questions on the testing and collection as well as symptoms and 48 hours and 2 calls later no call back and no answers 10 days from my 1st call for the appointment. I would never recommend anyone go here.

When we arrived for our midday appointment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and bright the facility was. Easy parking too. It also struck me how nice everyone was. Dunk suffered a very sudden decline in health a little over a week ago and we were forced to take him to a different vet. We had no clear answer as to his ailment but were prescribed pain medication and were told his time was near. Hoping to get more clarity, I called Baybrook and they got Dunkin in right away. Our family was well aware that at his age, there was probably not much that could be done but we just hoped it was an infection that could be cleared and maybe give us a little more time with him. We went in for the blood work and Dr. Lipsitz and her staff treated our boy with care and compassion. They listened and they understood the situation and I was very grateful. Let me preface this by saying Dunk rarely saw a vet but was always VERY healthy. He had a very bad experience several years ago at a local boarding facility and ever since then, he was petrified going to the vet's office, so much so that he would urinate on the floor and would snarl. Now, anyone who knows our boy knows he was the most gentle, playful, affectionate pup around and I wish you all at Baybrook could have seen that side of him. After receiving the results of the blood work, we scheduled an immediate ultrasound to check the abdominal area for the presence of a tumor or some other mass. Dr. Lipsitz's concern was that our boy had a mass that may have or may be in the process of rupturing. Unfortunately, just prior to us bringing Dunk in for the ultrasound, his legs went limp and he couldn't walk, presumably due to the rupturing of the mass. We carried him out of the house and brought him right to Baybrook. They took him immediately, all staff members helped. He was their priority. Sadly, our boy didn't make it. The care and compassion shown by everyone far exceeded our expectations. Dunk was brought to a private room where he was put to sleep surrounded by his family. The process was thoroughly explained and went as smooth as can be. We were given as much time alone with him as we needed once he passed and all staff members offered their condolences when we left. I can't say enough about this place and highly recommend it to anyone. It's going to take some time but we will get another pup one day and I can guarantee he/she will be seen here. Please see that Dr. Lipsitz and the rest of her staff sees this review so they can understand how thankful we are for making our boy's last minutes on this earth as peaceful as possible. Thank You

On the day of my appointment, one of my cats got extremely carsick. The techs and doctor helped me clean her up and put pee pads in her carrier in case it happened on the way home. I got a phone call soon after with bloodwork results, and the doctor seemed just as happy as I was that my cat was in good health. He was up panting , and anxious most of the night. I searched online for a cardiologist and came across Dr. Stan Weill at Milford Veterinary Services. My initial contact was with Nona, Dr. Weill's assistant. She questioned me in great detail regarding the previous and current health condition of my dog. Dr. Weill provided the most thorough examination of my dog. Dr. Weill explained in detail my dog's condition, made changes to his medication, and diagnosed an additional health issue. I have owned 3 dogs and interacted with several veterinarians over the years. Dr. Weill is by far the most knowledgeable and caring of any doctor I have known. I brought my dog to Dr. Weill on September 20, 2022, and I have spoken to either Dr. Weill or his phenomenal assistant, Nona about 20 times during 7 weeks. Each time, Dr. Weill and Nona responded to my questions with patience and caring. I have always felt my dog is a top priority for them.
