The SkyBus is a convenient way to get to the airport and the city. We got our tickets using our…read morephones. It's $22 one way or $36 round trip. There is plenty of room in the double-decker bus. The drive is about 30 minutes. Once you get dropped off the Southern Cross Station, you can take a tram to your final destination. Buses run every 10-15 minutes.

The…read moreairport ticketing clerk (not employed by Bluebird) did not inform Bluebird to pick me up, so I waited an hour before calling to see what had happened. The staff member on the phone apologised and quickly arranged for a shuttle bus to pick me up and arrived within 10 minutes. The driver was also courteous and provided me with a complimentary voucher for when I next go to the airport. Despite the issues I encountered, there was no fault on Bluebird's part, so I would recommend them to others. The shuttle bus was also clean and comfortable.

I waited an hour for my shuttle to come and every time I called customer service they estimated the time that it would be there very wrong. They said 15 minutes and then 20 went by and this happened three times. I have a lacrosse game two hours after my landing and assumed I would make it but I no longer will be able to play in it because I waited so long for my shuttle. I will never be using Bluebird Airport Pickup again and am very disappointed and annoyed. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am disappointed that I even have to pay for such service. I usually never post bad reviews or send annoyed emails but I honestly can't believe this. If I hadn't waited so long already I would have gotten home another way. They are unreliable. Do not use.

I had used the other bus service from Southern Cross before, but this one is personalised. It picks you up from your house (as long as you live inner city) and drops you at your terminal for under $20 - awesome. They also depart the airport every 30 minutes to drop passengers back to the CBD or inner suburbs. This is much cheaper than paying for a taxi. It feels similar to taxi sharing, - which happens in many other countries when you fly in to an airport - but with a bit more of a friendly vibe. The only downfall is if you're last to be dropped off and the bus is full - luckily that didn't happen to me. The service is great and when I flew back in I shared a bus with a couple returning from Mauritius and a businessman from Sydney, a fantastic way to travel.

Hardy and team are fantastic. They worked with us as we finalized our plans (during the Christmas…read moreholiday weekend and a pandemic!), confirmed what vehicles they would bring and when, communicated clearly in the lead up, and were out front of our hotel as we exited the building. The vehicles were spotless, and one was actually brand new. They had sanitized between customers and provided us with hand sanitizer and gloves (we had our masks of course). They loaded all our luggage (ten suitcases plus carry-on) carefully and respectfully. They were careful and courteous, excellent drivers and the whole experience for me and my family was perfect. I will absolutely be using them again and will be recommending to my friends. An excellent customer service experience.

On the site limoscanner I found information about your company, there really was a lot of different versions, but I liked your limo. You have only 6 car, but they are realy comfortable and neat. Price has pleasantly surprised me. You have excellent service and friendly driver. And besides, your company is located in an accessible location, almost near my house.
