Passed a bloke with shuttle written on his Fluro vest and inquired as to the price of a trip to the city.. $17 per person ,..Fantastic.. I forgot the address of the hotel we were staying at .. No trouble for these boys they contacted the hotel chain and found out where we were staying and got us there faster ans cheaper than any taxi .. Better service than any taxi or uber.. So Stream Shuttle is the only way to go Great service and friendly owner /operator .. cannot speak more highly of them they went way beyond what you would expect from a shuttle service .. Caught the Bluebird shuttle bus on 22 February 2015 from Tullamarine Airport to Melbourne CBD. The…read moreairport ticketing clerk (not employed by Bluebird) did not inform Bluebird to pick me up, so I waited an hour before calling to see what had happened. The staff member on the phone apologised and quickly arranged for a shuttle bus to pick me up and arrived within 10 minutes. The driver was also courteous and provided me with a complimentary voucher for when I next go to the airport. Despite the issues I encountered, there was no fault on Bluebird's part, so I would recommend them to others. The shuttle bus was also clean and comfortable.

I waited an hour for my shuttle to come and every time I called customer service they estimated the time that it would be there very wrong. They said 15 minutes and then 20 went by and this happened three times. I have a lacrosse game two hours after my landing and assumed I would make it but I no longer will be able to play in it because I waited so long for my shuttle. I will never be using Bluebird Airport Pickup again and am very disappointed and annoyed. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am disappointed that I even have to pay for such service. I usually never post bad reviews or send annoyed emails but I honestly can't believe this. If I hadn't waited so long already I would have gotten home another way. They are unreliable. Do not use.

I had used the other bus service from Southern Cross before, but this one is personalised. It picks you up from your house (as long as you live inner city) and drops you at your terminal for under $20 - awesome. They also depart the airport every 30 minutes to drop passengers back to the CBD or inner suburbs. This is much cheaper than paying for a taxi. It feels similar to taxi sharing, - which happens in many other countries when you fly in to an airport - but with a bit more of a friendly vibe. The only downfall is if you're last to be dropped off and the bus is full - luckily that didn't happen to me. The service is great and when I flew back in I shared a bus with a couple returning from Mauritius and a businessman from Sydney, a fantastic way to travel.

I like to make clear that we are moving. We are flying with extra bags. Secondly, the drive watched us put our bags in and was extremely rude!!! I should have stuck with skybus and lugged our bags on and off. My disappointment is an understatement.
