Hardy and team are fantastic. They worked with us as we finalized our plans (during the Christmas holiday weekend and a pandemic!), confirmed what vehicles they would bring and when, communicated clearly in the lead up, and were out front of our hotel as we exited the building. The vehicles were spotless, and one was actually brand new. They had sanitized between customers and provided us with hand sanitizer and gloves (we had our masks of course). They loaded all our luggage (ten suitcases plus carry-on) carefully and respectfully. They were careful and courteous, excellent drivers and the whole experience for me and my family was perfect.
