She really knows her stuff, is personable, funny and has always been honest with me with which treatments she recommends for my skin type. So when the area began to blister that night, I assumed it was a normal part of the process. It was only when the skin started to heal that I noticed a scar was developing, and it was at this point that I contacted Canada MedLaser with my concerns. I met with the clinic director, who asked if I had followed all their pre- and post-treatment care instructions, which I had. I then had an appointment with the clinic's own doctor who, after examining me, determined that the burn was likely due to the aesthetician using laser settings that were too high. I asked for a refund three times, and ten months after I first asked, was finally told that they "don't offer refunds beyond 10 days of the purchase date", and they would not issue me a refund despite the "fault on our part". Canada MedLaser shows a shocking disregard for client safety and well-being.

In the 1st session I was loaded with a prescription contains different types of supplements , ((above 10 tablets a day)), I refused the supplements in general and I donot believe that I need them, but she forced me to buy them , and it was very clear to me that it was a hind door business. That's not all , the real disaster was after I took them for one day , I collapsed inside the kitchen and I was in bed dizzy for one week. From the consult all the way up to my procedure date two months later everything was explained to me thoroughly. I got to speak with the surgeon multiple times and they answered all my questions. They have really great refractive consultants that you correspond with and who are there to answer qs about pricing, dr note etc. The only reason I docked one star was because the wait times during the consult and my eye measurement day were very long.
