Me and my friend came for their $15 halloween special spray tans. We don't get tons of spray tans and the staff was so nice in educating us. Even though I messed up, they were so nice and just laughed it off with me. They didn't make me feel stupid even though they totally could have, it's a simple process!!! I'm just dumb. After going there for a few months I decided to get a membership. I purchased it without the knowledge that I had to keep it for 6 months. Know one told that was the rule. I moved away 2 months ago and was still getting charged without my knowledge. I called them to cancel and told me I could email them. They still have yet to cancel my membership and are charging me for August even though I called July 1 to cancel which would've been the 30 day notice. Extremely disappointed in the girls that work there for 1. Not letting me know the rules of the membership and 2. For not being nice when my friend and I tried to cancel our membership. read more

Never going back. I went in for a manicure with I believe her name was Lauren. She didn't listen to the design I wanted. Everytime I told her what I wanted she kept trying to make an excuse as to why she couldn't do it/why I wouldn't want that. Trust me, I wasn't asking for anything crazy just some stars. She ended up leaving me with my nails looking like a little kid threw glitter on them.. The worst part? She bruised my cuticles from using a drill too harshly on me. These are my nails a week after that horrible incident. The bruising finally subsided. read more

I got a pedicure with a friend and was forced to give my credit card info to book. That was ok at first and then I was also told that they could only go gel nails, and they could not do anything special with it. No chrome, no sparkles, etc. We had an appointment, but waited 20 min. when we got there. The seat was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in. My legs were almost too short for the sink, so I had to sit on the edge of the bench which made it all very uncomfortable. The girl who did my pedicure was very quick and seemed to rush through it as fast as she could. I waited 20 min. for my friend to finish hers. That was ok, but when we went to check out they couldn't figure out how to separate our bill. They charged us both for both pedicures and the tips. They got that figured out, but NOT worth $79. The salon in general is a really nice salon. I went with a friend and she took about an hour with each and it was so bad. But seriously the worst pedicure I have ever had she just had you soak your feet and right after polish your toe nails with out shaping your toenails not cutting off the cuticles and dead skin. Barely even scrubs your feet the only good thing I would say is the scrub on the legs she did was good. Grant you she is newly graduated from school but you would think they showed her how to do a good pedicure. But you try going to a nice establishment and they just don't do the same work the Asian owned salons do they can't compare to the work those ladies do. read more

Terrible customer service. They have a minimum cancellation policy of 6 Months which makes sense. They failed to tell me that there was a three month cancellation notice. So now I am moved and they are going to charge me for three extra months. I guess they also don't like people canceling over the phone... doesn't make sense but the rest of their policies don't make sense. read more

Do NOT visit this business. Do NOT buy a pass here. They don't give you any proof of your pass and don't honor it. I bought a 9 punch tanning pass for my daughters and when we tried to tan they could see the pass but the computer would "access" it. So after standing there waiting for 10 minutes we were sent away. No explanation, no reason. Completely embarrassing! Felt so dumb just standing there. Might as well throw your money away. At least you won't be embarrassed! read more

Think twice before going to this salon without a contract in hand. They are famous for quoting a price then adding to it after you are in the middle of your service from them. After going in for permanent makeup with Taya, she added $75.00 on to the price for my touch up. I was quoted $350.00 that included my touch up from her and the salon. She told me to come back in 6 weeks for a free touch up. When I called the salon for my appointment, they called me back and told me not to forget the $75.00 for the touch up. I was furious and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I called to talk with the owner and she refused to return my calls. My daughter called Silver Lining and asked them how much it would cost to have her eyebrows done. They quoted her $350.00 with a free touch up. " She said," are you sure the touch up is free? So they went and asked Taya and another one of the girls. They told her you get a free touch up included in the price. WOW this is a poor way to do business! Now I've got to pay someone all over again to do my eyebrow. Ther pale and I still have to fill in all the places she's missed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Beautiful new Salon, however very unorganized- i made pedicure appointments for 3, when I got there there was only time for maybe 1 and only one employee for all 3. I made an appointment to move up my beaded extensions, was misquoted the price by the receptionist, and the stylist, half way through the appointment said "I wasn't going to buy a 40$ tool when I didn't know if you would ever be coming back." And used 4$ pliers on my hair, taking 4 hours, and more that quadrupling the quoted price. Awful customer service, no willingness to resolve customer concerns, or Salon/Stylist mistakes. I would not recommend this Salon to anyone. read more

Professional, courteous and kind ladies greet you with a warm welcome at this lovely full-service salon. I had a nail disaster from a previous out-of-state salon and had no idea who to go to as we were vacationing in Logan for 4 weeks. I just happened to see this salon and took a chance they could get me in fairly soon. The next day I got an appointment with Kary, who was highly recommended. Yes- the gals were right! Kary is top notch (very busy) but took her time and excellent care of my nails which now can heal and grow properly. I look forward to patronizing this salon for all my beauty needs while in Logan in the summers. I think Silver Lining is "The Best in the West"! read more

I went in for a pedicure to treat myself as start to my birthday. Let me say that the receptionist was great. That's the only positive moving forward. The pedicurist was late to 'arrive' to the actual establishment for my service as I saw her walk in among the people coming and going. She came to receive me with a nonchalant attitude. Upon seating me she immediately went on to talk to another nail tech who looked to be finishing up on a client. Made no effort to look at me or engage at all while my feet sat in the pedicure bowl filling up with water. She continued on with her conversation that was quite negative and eventually led to her bringing up someone's business about spousal infidelity. At that moment I asked to have my feet dry and the service was done. I'd waited being a little early 20min.s and was in the service for less than 5min.s before I left. I didn't come to what I understood to be an A+ spa and salon for a negative drama session. I came for some tlc treatment. Very very disappointed. The pedicurist's name was Alexis I believe the receptionist mentioned on my way out. We all have our lives to live and adversity to overcome and situations that are beyond us. I'd given her the benefit of the doubt saying to myself must be an off day...highly unexpected and displeased nonetheless. I can't see myself going back there as I typically don't get pedicures. Again, would like to believe it was an off day for Alexis. read more
