About a week ago, I called and spoke with a woman who quoted me $140 for front brake replacement, or $65 labor if I brought my own brake pads. I arrived today with the amount I had been quoted and expected my vehicle to at least be inspected before discussing any additional repairs. Instead, before anyone even looked at my car, an employee came to my window and immediately told me it would be $340. I explained that I was concerned because that was much higher than the quote I had received and asked if someone could inspect the vehicle first since I mentioned I might also need rotors. Rather than listening or explaining the difference, he became dismissive, said "Bye, friend," and walked away. I waited another 10 minutes before going inside to ask if someone could simply look at my vehicle. I was told, "I'm busy," while I watched other customers be helped. After waiting even longer, I asked to speak with the manager, who I later learned was the owner. Instead of hearing my concerns, he immediately defended his employee, told me I had already upset him, and refused me service without even asking what had happened. I wasn't upset about paying for necessary repairs--I simply wanted my vehicle inspected first and an explanation for why the quoted price had changed so drastically. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect was extremely disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I won't be returning.

Shoutout to Oscar nem! It's my anniversary weekend and I'm headed to the hotel w my beautiful…read morewife... POP!! I catch a flat tire in the middle of traffic off i30. It's my anniversary weekend so I hop out like the big man big husband supposed to & start to fix the tire. I get 3 bolts off and the 4th one breaks off in the 4-way. At this point I call my roadside assistance but it's gone take them an hour and a half. My wife makes a quick google search and Oscar's mobile tire repair pops. We give them a call and they said they'll be there in 25minutes. 25 minutes pass and buddy pulls up right on cue. He turned on these BIG LIGHTS pulled out his power tools to get the remaining bolt off the car. Then buddy took the flat tire off the wheel put a new tire on the wheel, aired it up, checked for leaks and put it on the car all in about another 25 minutes time. He had us finished in enough time to get checked in the hotel and get out and have a night on the town. I will keep this number for times like these. MAJOR 5 STARS!!!
