She was not greeted when she walked in, repeatedly asked for her phone number as if they couldn't understand her, and was never even properly checked in before they immediately started asking for $75 upfront. One of the women also kept telling her to move over while assisting another patient even though she was not in anyone's way. The entire interaction felt disrespectful, dismissive, and targeted. Instead of making parents and children feel welcomed, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and hostile. She even spoke with the owner afterward because the treatment was so unacceptable. No parent should be treated that way while trying to get care for their child. Based on what I witnessed, the front desk staff seriously need customer service training or to be replaced altogether.

Office feels older and a little run down…read more I took both of my kids for cleanings. They took each kid back separately and had me sit in a waiting room. Keep in mind they are young- 7 and 6 years. My kids were scared having to go back without me. What really upset me was that they recommended a tooth pull, three crowns and a filling for my daughter and five crowns for my son. I never met the dentist. I am guessing that the dentist examined my kids after their cleaning but she never approached me, introdced herself or explained her exam or recommendations. This feels very wrong in a pediatric setting. The front desk staff told me this information while my daughter was crying. It was very unsettling hearing that my children needed this much work without hearing it from the dentist and being able to ask them questions. I listened to my gut and got a second opinion. New dentist said they each need two fillings and no crowns or teeth being pulled. That's a huge difference. For young kids who have a lifetime of dental appoitnments in the future, I want to create as little traumatic dental experiences as possible. Lesson I learned- listen to my gut and get a second opinion when something doesn't feel right. Warning to anyone going to this dentist who may need a lot of work. Don't let them take advantage of you. Also- they charge 25 dollars per patient to forward records. I imagine this is an effort to dissuade patients from transferring dentists. This also feels wrong as patients should have access to their records.

Thankfully, they prescribed me meds to help with the pain. Everyone is very knowledgeable & they make you feel like family from the moment you step foot in the door. The office is always clean and they have a cute and well-organized coffee station. After 1 root canal & 12 fillings - I know 12 is a lot - my teeth feel & look 10 times better. I'm excited that I finally found a dentist I'm happy with.

Back in July, my 15 year old daughter needed a sealant, the treatment plan had an $85 charge for sealant on one tooth; however, I knew my insurance covered it. They said it didn't. I called my insurance, spoke to a rep, and he said sealants are covered until their 16th birthday. He offered to call the office with me on the line, but the front desk person said the insurance coordinator wasn't there. They said they would send out a PRED that could take up to 2 weeks to come back. I followed up and they confirmed the sealant was covered. She had her appointment today for a cleaning and sealant, but the sealant was not done. My husband took them to the appointment, so when they came home and told me the sealant was not done, I asked why. They said the the assistant "forgot to do it" and they were sorry. They wanted to reschedule during a school day, and I said no. They came back and said that the sealant is not covered--AGAIN! This is not the first time they try to charge me for something that is covered. At this point, I just asked for the process to get a copy of the dental records, and we are moving on. I don't have time to do my job and the dental front desk's as well. I would look elsewhere for a pediatric dentist. Mine are at the age where they can go to a regular dentist, so that's what we will be doing.

PMD had never responded to the request for information!!! Now I am asked to pay for that days appointment when i should have had a credit on my account! Fast forward again to July 2025, I am scheduled for an appt on the 21st. This time I call the office prior to my appt and STILL no credit. My insurance paid them $227 which should now be a credit on my account. I am furious. I cancelled my appt and I will no longer do business with these people. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and TSBDE! Next, it will be small claims court. It is really stupid that I have to waste time on this! BEWARE! Make them verify services with the insurance. My wait was very brief. Doctor Davis met me in the lobby and welcomed me back to the care areas. I was impressed! That was the first time a doctor has initially called me back. It's usually a tech. Nice! We then sat in a consult room to discuss my history, goals for my smile and immediate needs. She made me feel comfortable and eased any anxiety I had about getting dental work. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Paulette and another hygienist who's name I can't recall at this time (forgive me). Both were very professional and made my visit comfortable.
