When I came in to pick up the watch, I discovered that they had cleaned and polished it, repaired the band, and put it in a presentation box for me to have as a keepsake-- all at no charge. Emmett helped me pick a chain and ensured they had a clear picture of what I wanted for the reasons, then provided a full quote including the purchase of the scrap gold. It was about 40% less than I was previously quoted. I paid the deposit and hoped for a good outcome! I picked up my new jewelry Sunday and couldn't be happier!
