I'm a regular at waxing but this was my first time with sugar waxing and it went really well. I enjoyed that it's not as hot on the skin as traditional waxing. I also enjoyed the vagacial after. Shon was able to move a number of ingrown hairs and within minutes of leaving I felt very comfortable. Further, Shon (the owner) is punctual, friendly, and professional. Not only is Shon great at customer service, she's quick with the wrist which is a great thing whenever receiving a this hair removal service. The service room is cute, always smelled clean and set to a comfortable temperature. Never did I think I'd say I can't wait to go back to a sugaring place, but Shon is great at what she does. Haven't had an ingrown or anything unwanted since I started going to her. Haven't tried a vajacial or purchased her walnut scrub yet, but it's on my to-do for next time.

They try to look high end on a budget and it looks nice. When I sat down somehow I cracked my iced coffee drink and it was running all over the floor and seat. They were quick with towels and another cup to absorb the rest. Super great. I was a lil embarrassed, but they made me feel very comfortable. They got us started and my gal was quick and thorough. She cleaned up my toe nails better than I've had in a long time! She was a bit aggressive but dang... my toes look and feel great!!! I guess since we did not do a polish they massaged us longer. It was wonderful. My gal was a bit strong on the massage so I asked her to soften up and she did, the rest of the time was perfect pressure. Between the massage chair and leg/foot massage I am a happy customer. They were quick and got us in and out in 45 minutes. That's what we needed so kudos for being super thorough and super quick. We understand that accidents happen, but there was no sincerity or offer to reduce price or make it better. Wasn't looking for a handout, but we tried working with tech and manager and they just stared at us as we left with this poor memory. Will not be returning.
