I don't think there is anything I can say that every other review hasn't already said.. but this was THE BEST car window replacement I have EVER had!! (And I've had quite a few broken windshields...) The deets: From the moment you call, the process, the guidance, the kindness, the ease, the replacement, EVERYTHING went off so smooth... I was like WOW!! When you call they get your details and call your auto insurance company with you.. they know what to say, how to guide everything and prepare you for the call (as if they've done this before ) After that your insurance company sends you a link, submit some photos... and BOOM! I think the whole process of booking took less than 30 minutes. They did mention Liberty Mutual is pretty great to work with.. so I have to give them a little shoutout too!! I was scared since I had let it sit for a few weeks and from summer the cracks went from small rock hits to spiderwebs across the car.. but luckily my insurance covered EVERYTHING!! I scheduled an appointment online for a windsheild replacement, as I had a chip that had spidered…read moreout pretty badly. Scheduling the appointment was very easy! I showed up about 10 minutes early and was greeted in the office as soon as I walked in. I stayed in the office area while the replacement was done and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. Soft Rock was playing on the big screen and I was able to sing along with all the songs that came on. They offer free WiFi while you wait, complimentary bottles of water and coffee. There is also a restroom if you need it. My wait was just under two hours, during that time I was able to get some things done on my laptop and have very nice conversations with some of the staff and another customer. It was such a pleasant visit! I really have to say that each technician I saw and listened to during my stay was very polite and professional. They all had good raport with eachother and you can tell they are pretty tight knit. I overheard conversations with cutomers that staff had on the phone and the Safelite staff were patient, understanding, and compassionate, especially when having to reschedule service due to the rain on Friday. I enjoyed my time in their cozy little office and I am VERY pleased with my new windshield. All my safety systems were recalibrated and I feel good on the road again.
