After a car backed into my bumper, State Farm suggested Silvas Auto Body for the repairs. The process was quite confusing, as State Farm had asked me to submit photos, then sent me a small check. I arrived at Silvas Auto Body and Esvy did a better job at explaining the process to me. She was able to give me a quote and get the parts ordered for my car right away. She called me to bring my car in for the repairs and even called Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental! My car was only in the shop for 3 days. When I went to pick my car up, I was able to leave my rental car there, where Esvy sorted out the return and I didn't need to make another trip to return the car! Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them! read more

I have Statefarm insurance and they have suggested Silvas the first time my daughter got into an accident. We were very pleased with the service and the outcome of the repairs. Esvy is very friendly and helpful. She takes time to explain things and make you feel assured and comfortable with the whole process. Unfortunately, my daughter had another accident a year later and we chose Silvas again to repair the damage. As expected, we got the same quality of service and were very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them for any auto body repairs. read more

We ran into some small issue with wrong parts being ordered but the receptionist kept me updated and did the best she could to resolve it, the repairs to my car were 5 stars and looks as if nothing ever happened. read more

This is a quality, service oriented company who really care about their clients and their cars. They have been around for many years and always do a fabulous job! They communicate with you throughout the process from beginning to end. Repairs are at a reasonable charge and always go above and beyond! They are on time and have great estimates. Very reliable company who stands behind their work. Thanks for always taking care of me and my car!! read more

Worst customer service. The front desk lady I believe her name is Leslie is uptight and rude. Had a nasty attitude and can't give out correct information. Thank you for wasting my time. This place is trash don't go. Apparently it's a body shop that can't give you an estimate. What a joke read more

This Silvas used to be a reliable source for auto body work my insurance sent me to. They changed owners, and the customer service and representation for insurance is horrible!!!!! They got paid but actually didn't do the proper work per claims adjustment. It was addressed a second time and again an incredible hassle. The insurance told me to take my car elsewhere, and they filed a complaint against this location. Terrible service, unethical terms read more

We got a nasty deep dent and crease in the side of our new campervan, we were to say the least devastated....but Geovany at Silvas Autobody went above and beyond to get our van looking like new again. Amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. He spent time fully explaining the repair process, answering all our questions. We definitely made the right choice trusting our van to Silvas. His professional, friendly and helpful wife Esvey is a pleasure to talk to. We highly recommend this Autobody shop. read more

My car was in a hit and run and the back left was just ruined as well as my car was pushed into another car so the front had damage as well. They made it look BRAND new! Thank you to the team for fixing my car up. The lady at the front was so easy to work with and helped schedule when I can bring it in/ pick it up. I'm glad I can trust Silvas with my car. read more

I have been a customer of Silva's since it was located on Westminster Blvd. Everytime l took my vehicles for repairs l was always happy with the results and received great citstmer service. Recently l took my car for repairs and found out that the company was under new management. I wasn't sure of the quality of service would be the same. Happily the Silva name and quality of their work is still the same high standards it has always been. The people at the shop were helpful and worked with my schedule. They were kind and professional. When l got my car, the repairs where excellent and then some. To my delight they had touched up and repaired the dings and scratches on my car too. If you are looking to repair your vehicle do not hesitate to get your car repaired at Silva's. You won't regret it. read more

I am so pleased with the service I received at Silvas. I needed some body work done through insurance and took it to Silvas. Esme is a delight to deal with! She assured me that she would contact the insurance company if anything came up that did not match the estimate (which she had to do). She helped me obtain my rental car. They delivered my car to me EARLIER then promised not only did they deliver earlier then promised they washed it, waxed it and cleaned the inside!! Esme also let me leave my rental car with her and she had them pick it up! I would definitely use them in the future! Thank you Silvas!! read more

A tree fell in my husband's car and we took to Silva's to fix it , they did a great job , it took a week to fix it but when I went to pick it up on a Friday afternoon the girl that works there went to Toyota to get our car in time for us to get back to work on time instead of waiting for Toyota to return the car to them , so they go out of their way to help their customers definitely recommend ! read more

Simply one of the best paint shops in OC. I brought my Hyundai Sonata in to get the front and back bumper blended and matched. Not only did they present my car a whole day early, they did a phenomenal job on the blending. My paint is incredibly hard to match but they did an amazing job. read more

Silvas has great customer service and they did an excellent job on my Honda Accord. The rear bumper looked like new again. They even washed and semi detailed my car. I took my car in on Monday and picked up my car on Wednesday. Very quick service. read more

Poor communication skills. After three days, not a single thing was done to my car. I wasted my time having set up working from home while my car was (or I should say not) repaired. When asked for the name of the owner or Supervisor, was told they did not know their names; conveniently covering the girl in the office that caused this blunder. read more

We ended up taking my mom's car here first, and then mine, in succession. Both cars were repaired quickly and expertly- even with the more expensive paint color of each car. At Silva's, they were very kind, courteous, and efficient. Oh, and reasonable costs. I would highly recommend! read more

I was hit in a hit and run commercial truck. Same side as the side I damaged on my own two months ago. This time I submitted claim to the insurance company. My car was completely done in less time than he thought and that I could imagine. He did a great job again, car looks great. I didn't have to worry about a thing. He is so very nice and capable too. Nice to have someone who takes care of his customers so nicely. Thanks so much. read more

The frame was str8 and then Dave and his crew agreed "we can do it" so they are took the challenge , even had to remove. the roof and realign roof to body and doors. dont expect this to happen overnight be patient. they put my beloved magnum back to its pristine. condition. I was kinda skeptical. cause i would have sold it in a New York. minute. Props to all who worked so hard. Dave is courteous, professional and being an car buff (with integrity ) he never would have taken on the job. Silva's Auto Body.....YOU RULE!!!!!!- read more

I can't assess their workmanship since I was never able to get to that stage. I went in for an estimate on a simple fender bender; Dave and his son looked at it, took a picture, and said they couldn't give me an estimate that day because their database was down. They said they would call me; never did. I called a few days later; Dave said they couldn't give me an estimate yet because he'd been busy; I called the next day; same story but said he'd get at it in the afternoon and call me. Never did call me back. Obviously, he had enough work and didn't want to bother. It was a strange experience to be treated so passive-aggressively by a business that was recommended to me. A real time waster. Finally, I went to Maaco Autobody in Costa Mesa, and Scott gave me an estimate in 15 minutes. read more

Silvas Auto Body is the very best. Dave Lamb is honest and so very nice to do business with. Having your car damaged is not a very good experience. Great Shop, I HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services. I had a bad auto body experience at another shop before coming here. However, I was quickly won over by the friendly staff, knowledgeable owner and auto body experts. They provided a great price, did outstanding work with the body repairs and beautifully color matched their paint to the rest of my car. Dave Lamb made me a believer that you can still get AWESOME service even in today's fast paced market place! TWO thumbs up. read more

The service is quick and efficient but I had a questionable experience when I worked with them through Geico. Two of the parts in my car that were fixed were under warranty and they "threw them away" instead of returning them to me the way I asked them to. I am in the process now of fighting with Geico for the $280 of parts I was suppose to return to Autozone. I contacted the Geico representative in their shop 4 times this past week and he has not returned my call. read more
