I've really enjoyed my experience at Performance Physical Therapy thus far. I injured by lower back…read morewhile working out about a year ago and have been seeing a chiropractor. The chiropractor dealt with the pain/posture, but Performance Physical Therapy has helped me "target" the injury with stretching and strength exercises. I've been working with Dr. Holt and Dr. Nogueira, who have both done an excellent job. Dr. Nogueira did an intake and had me do some basic stretches to identify the "source" of the injury. I've been seeing Dr. Holt about twice a week, who has been supervising me, while I do exercises and stretches to ensure that I'm doing it correctly. They use an online portal to send you exercises to do at home. You can check off which ones you've done, take surveys and even earn points and badges. It's a lot of fun! They're social distancing regulations are really good. They tape off the waiting room, so you can't sit six feet from anyone else. They assess you for signs of COVID when you enter the office. When you enter the physical therapy area, they immediately ask you to wash your hands and record your temperature. Everyone is wearing masks/goggles and there is enough hand sanitizer going around to kill a baby elephant. In spite of this, I switched over to telehealth very easily, in order to be extra-safe. Really happy with the progress I've been making so far. Highly recommend!

She makes every visit personal, takes her time, doesnt rush me and is more than thorough in her exam. I recently have seen Dr Rice due to a motorcycle accident and he has been nothing short of amazing. He is caring, listens to me...doesnt make me feel bad when I tell him about the pain I am experiencing...he immediately offered me a note about being out of work, is sending me to PT and making time weekly to fit me into his schedule weekly to check in with me. To add to that, Karen (medical assistant or maybe nurse) she has called to check on me & has listened to me without judgement as well. I honestly didnt expect my medical care from sstar to be as topped notched that it is, but even Betty gets back to me immediately when I call. Basically everyone there are thorough and LISTEN. I'm beyond grateful for all of my medical care at sstar and cant recommend them enough!

If it were possible to give this place 10+ stars, I certainly would do it in a heart beat. I cannot say enough positive things about this family/general practice. The staff (even the receptionists) are awesome, friendly, helpful, and extremely attentive. In all the years I have been coming here, I hardly ever wait longer than 5 minutes on hold, and I am sure not many people can say that about any kind of outpatient clinic. The medical assistants (Kirsten is the senior Med. Asst. and is amazing) are all just as friendly, helpful, caring, and passionate about their line of work here as the doctors/nurse practitioners are. The office itself and the patient rooms are spotless. That should be a given, but I have seen places like this cleaner than others. I normally see Nurse Practictioner Anne Neuville, and she is across the board excellent. Her bedside manner is not cold at all, she spends time with me answering any questions/concerns I may have about anything, and makes sure my son and I are always taken care of. As of now, it is her and a new doctor, Dr. Thomas Fantes, whom I have had no personal experience with but I have heard great things about. Dr. Scott Keigwin and his wife, Dr. Jane Minuitti used to work here as well, but have moved on to open up their own clinic elsewhere in Tiverton. Fine by me, this place is still amazing, and as I said even the receptionists are friendly, helpful, do not give you attitude at all, and make sure you are well taken care of just like the rest of the staff here. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is moving or just moved into Tiverton or Little Compton.

Our time as patients are just as important as the "Doctor's" oh so precious time. The nurse was fantastic and such a pleasure to deal with- she was the only great thing about this place. Faridah Rodriguez was my doctor and I can tell you already that I will not be back, She glossed over the pain that I had and was more concerned about bullying me into having a female exam which they have quotas they have to meet for a bonus and other pointless mute subjects. My personal experience was not a good one - she did not listen to me and I left very upset as I would explain my symptoms and concerns and she would make strange faces while I was speaking. Dissapointed and expected alot more from a doctor whose sole duty is to be a partner with patients for their betterment. Disgusted!!!!!
