I not only made my co-payment to him of $30 but apparently it didn't apply and I had to send him another $16. He sat down with me a total of 5 minutes, offered no good advice (he gave me about 4 options but ultimately his advice was leave it alone), and made $46. And oh yea - I went for the appointment on the date that my family doctor told me to go (received letter with that date) only to be told when I got there I was scheduled for the next day. So I went two days in a row.

Time caught up with me and I had no choice, I had to go! I found Dr. Sarah on line and thought to myself, "Just get it over with." When I called for an appointment the receptionist was super friendly and put me to ease right away. Meeting Dr. Sarah, she made me feel super comfortable. She let me know what was needed to get me the relief that I so desperately needed, no shaming, no condemnation, just the facts. She laid out the plan to which I agreed and now I am excited about going back. Thank you Dr. Sarah and staff.

Hello to Anyone Reading this!…read more My experience was definitely the best experience I've had so far with a dental office. To be honest, I hadn't been to a dentist in probably 15 years, so, when my teeth started hurting I knew I was going to have to do the one thing I dreaded the most. I've been so self conscious of my teeth for a very long time. From the moment I walked in they maintained a friendly and to the point but still personable approach to the appointment. I was having a mental break down right in the middle of all of this because it is so overwhelming to me to be at the dentist, by myself, as an adult. (I'm almost 27 years old so that probably makes it even more embarrassing) Anywho, they did xrays and got me set up with an oral surgeon and where as I am naturally a bit nervous about the mouth work, I really appreciate the time that Dr. Burris spent with me. He was extremely informative and totally understanding of my particular situation and when it was all done I felt like a huge weight had been lifted just knowing that this pain is only temporary and that they are willing to help me get the smile I have always dreamed of in the process. I absolutely recommend them because they even took the time to discuss my dental insurance coverage to me as well as get me an appointment with a local oral surgeon and even got me set up for after my surgery too for general cleaning and such. I walked in this morning ready to just be judged for my teeth, and they were extremely professional and I left more confident than before. I'm grateful for the time they are taking to work with me and my family and friends as well. Thank you!

Worst experience of my life in any business setting. I do not recommend this office for ANYONE,…read moreespecially children given the conduct of Dr. Woodruff. I went in to have a tooth that had chipped repaired and continued having issues with the material Dr. Woodruff put on my tooth (staining, loss of material he used, further chipping). I came back in to have it looked at, he put more on my tooth. The material kept staining, coming off, I was even more anxious than when I first went in. I explained that I was a student and did not have a lot of money to work with, I had been paying close to $100 every time I came in. I don't see any reason at all why I should have to pay that for something that clearly wasn't working. It was my front tooth so I was very concerned and was not in a position to waste money. I asked him the third time I came in if he could refund the fees I paid so I could afford to fix it. I'm sitting in the chair, he's looking in my mouth, and begins to scream at me "GET THE F*** OUT OF MY OFFICE, HOW F****** DARE YOU, DON'T EVER COME BACK HERE" and began chasing me out of the building. All of the staff looked stunned, one poor girl turned to me and said "I'm so sorry". Kids are getting their teeth cleaned in the next room. It was so unreal. I wanted to call the police but I didn't even live in town anymore, I went to school out of state and had only been in town visiting family. I don't see how they still have the word "Family" in the name to be honest. Truly terrifying, I feel terrible for anyone who works there, they genuinely all look terrified and they are such nice girls. I went to this dentist since I was a CHILD, they both knew me and it was just the creepiest experience of my life.
