They made sure to give us a detailed booklet that walked me through everyday of the healing process and were there to help when I had to call due to not understanding something. They acted like it was my fault and that I was somehow trying to pull a fast one. My insurance does not require a referral and I'm not sure how I was supposed to know their policy in the matter since I was never informed. They also called the day before and texted that morning to confirm the appointment. Terrible customer service. Completely their fault and they were rude.

This is how he treats each and every patient, by getting to know you by name, along with my mom's name who was my ride post-surgery. Dr. J is always available once you leave their surgical offices for questions and such. The staff at Thompson Periodontics and Implant Surgery Center are truly awesome including Mrs. Brenda, Office Coordinator and the nurses and other staff are so welcoming in answers any loose ends one can forget in anxious situations. They put my mind at ease, which is no easy task! Honestly in my opinion, Dr. Jackson is a TOP Periodontics Surgeon for any Periodontics and/or Dental Implants with a loving team behind him & his kind honesty. I live in Nashville now, although I grew up in Jonesboro and all I can say is Northeast Arkansas is lucky to have a calm, comfortable, personable Dental Surgeon as Dr. Jackson. In fact, in the future should I need this type of treatment, I will be driving from Nashville to Jonesboro because of the fantastic work and his all around kindness, along with the entire staff! The ladies in the office are very kind, but it still doesn't change how unprofessional this request of the doctor was. And they did say "This is just something that happens!" Like it's the norm. So just be warned that your appointment is always "tentative" in Dr. Modelevsky's eyes.

The entire process was going to cost me over $3,000 out of pocket - after my insurance paid. I got a second opinion from an extremely reputable dentist who told me it was nothing serious and it might eventually involve an extraction but probably not for a few more years since I took such good care of my teeth. I write this as a warning to potential patients and as a statement on the shameful, greedy behavior of so many dentists in Jonesboro. It isn't just Adams.
