The girl who helped me 2 days ago recognized me and I had the same credit card that I bought it with, but they will only give store credit unless you have the receipt. After getting such bad advice from her about that purple shampoo removing the brassy yellow from my hair (which it didn't do) I don't trust the store and didn't want the store credit.
