My dad just went to his appointment today 3/7/2025. They took him a half an hour late and during his time on the chair to do his 2 cavities the dentist stopped and worked on two other patients. My dad was there for 2 1/2 hours for 2 cavities. My dad was there while other patients got there after and left before him. This place does not care about their patients and looks like they over book for the money. They also don't give an estimate on the dental work that's needed until it's done. Sounds ridiculous and my dad will not be returning!!!!! read more

Not impressed with this office. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before being seen, which was incredibly disrespectful of my time. During the cleaning, the hygienist continuously mumbled to herself and breathed heavily through her mask directly into my face while my mouth was open, I could hear and feel it the entire time. Being reclined back with someone hovering inches above me and audibly open-mouth breathing made the experience feel suffocating and claustrophobic. I've never had anxiety about dental visits before, but this one genuinely made me understand why people do. The billing was just as unprofessional, after my crown appointment they charged my debit card the full amount without running my insurance, and after multiple follow-ups I was finally told they actually owed me $600. The lack of organization, communication, and basic professionalism is concerning. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I was going on for a cleaning and referral to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. The doctor said i need to take X-rays even thought I told her another office already did that and she can just ask them for it. They made the appointment for me at the oral surgeon and almost scheduled it for all 4 wisdoms even though I told them specifically, I only need two. Good thing I was listening to them scheduled it. And for the cherry on top after being there for an hour I had to ask them if we can start the cleaning process and they told me my wisdoms are too sensitive to clean. Since they forgot to ask me myself, I let them know that my teeth are not sensitive and I need a cleaning but by then the dentist had "other patients". I took work off for this. The aid was very nice. She's the only reason I put two stars. I will be changing providers read more

My teeth are straight thanks to Dr. Agarwal at Silicon Dental. I had a 7 month invisalign treatment and Dr. Agarwal made my teeth look naturally straight. I had to change my aligners every 2 weeks and had periodic checkups. I had a chipped tooth as well and Dr. Agarwal filled it in. Unprofessionalism at its finest, my first visit was on Oct. 12 came in for a cleaning. They sat me down took a few X-rays the doctor came in and examined my teeth and said I needed a deep cleaning and stated that they had other clients and couldn't help me today (Very unprofessional) and that the receptionist would help me reschedule. After speaking with the receptionist, she gave me quote to do a deep cleaning $166 per side. So, I rescheduled for December 09,2017 to get another cleaning because they couldn't help me. November 30th Silicon Dental contacted me and informed me that they had an opening tomorrow at 9 AM. So, I agreed to come in since the date was push up sooner. When I came in the receptionist told me that I need a deep cleaning not a regular I told her that I schedule for a regular cleaning she told me that if I wanted a regular I had to do a deep cleaning first. So, I was you know okay let's go ahead and do it. She then hands me another quote paper for me to review and sign. This time the quote was for $311 per side. I told her that I had another quote before it was $166 per side not $311. She told me she didn't know what I was talking about. I walked out on them. The only reason I tried them out is because they accepted my insurance plan for 2017. I will be going back to my original dental in 2018 these people are very unprofessional and just a waste of time. If i could they wouldn't even get 1 star. read more

After several years I changed dentists. After exorbitant fees and many thousands of dollars after insurance and discount for cash payments, she/ they still still overcharged. There were shoddy work and practices. Two major errors had to do with a lab error after the layperson from the crown maker, measured me, ungowned and after waiting, returned an ill fitting product that needed to be reshaped by Dr. Kahlon. Then, they kept coming off unglued. In preparing for 2 implants, the model casts were sent to the lab to be made. After weeks, I finally personally picked my cast/ model back from the lab only to find out they hadn't begun nor could they create the implants. I had them done elsewhere by an oral surgeon. The staff turnover is very high. New dentists came and went quickly. Finally, they replaced all office staff with a new regime, much less pleasant. That was the last straw. Dr. Sabir Kahlon's office needs to be updated as well. Hours are shorter too. read more

Dr. Gadhiri is great! She showed me on the x-rays exactly what was going on with my teeth and what I could do to improve some of the areas in my teeth so I wouldn't have to get fillings later. Steer clear of this place. Dr dr satbir kahlon was supposed to look at a tooth that was bothering me, which the previous dentist (at the same location told me would just need a filling. Well, she decided it needed a root canal, which is fine. The problem I have is the fact that she started drilling in my other teeth that weren't bothering me(which she claimed just needed fillings) $130 later and now they DO hurt and I need root canals. This lady is a con-artist. My endodontist (who has been nothing but honest and helpful) let me know that the other tooth that she wanted to put another filling in would just need another root canal afterwards. Wow, do I ever feel taken advantage of. She was also very pushy and told me what she was going to do instead of discussing it with me. The one star is for the friendly front desk. read more

I'm doing Invisalign with Dr. Agarwal and so far so good! I can definitely see my teeth alignment getting better and the staff there is very helpful and responsive. Dr. Agarwal keeps a close eye on my progress and even let me speed up my treatment so I can be done faster. I come in every few months for my Invisalign check up and the appointments always start on time which is really convenient when you're leaving for it. read more

I found this office through CalDental, the very inexpensive dental insurance. To say the least, you get what you paid for. Go cheap, get cheap results. Though, right now, those results are mixed. Some fillings have held after 6 months, a couple I've had to go back in multiple times to no avail. If I were to go again, they were going to dig into the dentin, something I did not want to visit (guesswork? I passed on that option) The other alternative was to "chew on the other side of my mouth" Ummm, won't that side wear out too, after a while? C'mon. I'm going to another dentist where I'll need to pay more, because, I hope, in some cases, if you find another office, which multiple friends have recommended and have had good results, you think they can do better than this outfit. So, I will go there, and forget this place. read more

BEWARE!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I came to this office as a new patient in need of help because my tooth broke. From the moment I got in her office she tried to find problems they were not and have not ever been. She tried to quote me a price for jaw work? I went here from a broken tooth, there's nothing wrong with my jaw. Then she continues to say that the temp crown I have on another tooth will cause me pain and disease in the future, again I am here for a broken tooth can we please focus! Nope she continues to explain what she would like to do which includes 2 procedures, she wants to fill the tooth that's broken and put a permanent crown on my back tooth which is a filling already? I asked her multiple times if I could please take care of the tooth with the hole since that's the most important. Instead she said I do not want to help myself, that I don't know what I am talking about I am not a dentist and saying things like I am surprised you have such good coverage what do you do? Really? She was so unprofessional! She looked at me as if I was on welfare and needed to get over my concern about money when really she's the one getting paid and has already tried to sell me on multiple procedures when I went there for a broken tooth. In addition to all of this mistreatment she finally agrees to fix my tooth and then hands me a piece of paper to sign stating I was going through with both procedures with prices! I only agreed to one. After arguing with her admin she said okay fine I will make another one. Really?? How are you running a business? If you are looking for a dentist who is kind hearted and understanding and has the best interest for you, the patient then I strongly recommend do not come here!! read more
