I checked into American and Import Auto Repair and was not only impressed with the reviews but also my initial visit. We had two cars that required routine maintenance. The service was performed quickly with an inspection that was comprehensive compared to what we had done before. They pointed out issues that are eventually going to need to be addressed but indicated that could be addressed later. Both vehicles had slow tire air leaks and were repaired for no additional charge. Prices are reasonable and communication by the mechanics is exceptional. Special shout out to Josef and the excellent mechanics that worked on our vehicles.. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest and reliable auto repair shop.

Well, ever since then, they keep sending us offers for a car we don't even own! They've sent letters written in hand writing using fake names to get our attention. They keep sending us ads and we told them to leave us alone, but the garbage keeps comings. The has to be a LAW to STOP people like this from harassing people. I was recommended by an existing client of theirs when I needed some stuff looked at pertaining to the undercarriage of my car. My Dad had always been close enough to help me out if I ever had an issue with my car, but that became difficult to rely on when I moved about 4 hours away for graduate school. I am so happy I listened to the recommendation I was given for American & Import Auto Repair because they just genuinely care about people over their own profits in a way that is HARD to find in this day and age. Every staff member I have interacted with has treated me with the utmost respect and understanding - even when I ask what could be considered "stupid" questions given my lack of experience handling even my own Auto Maintenance. I loved my first experience with them so much that I decided to switch to them for my oil changes as well. While at my most recent oil change, I saw a flyer for their annual women's car clinic that they host for free and reserved a spot for myself and a friend. This past Saturday I attended the clinic and they went so above and beyond that it genuinely touched my heart. They had wonderful goody bags just for attending with stuff that you actually need and can use instead of just random things. They even included a notebook for taking notes at the clinic too! I learned so much at this event and was able to ask as many questions as I liked. The really big thing that stood out to me was when the owner, Tim, spoke at the beginning of the clinic and clarified that they were not trying to sway us to use them instead of any other place an attendant of the clinic might regularly go to, but that the event was meant to empower us women no matter where we get services done. This place has earned my business for however long I am in this area and I will always recommend them to anyone I know!
