Hello, I am a private person just going about my own business; however I appreciate the law firm of Silberman & Lam so damn much so I'll share some of my info. I spoke with attorney Heather Lam via phone regarding taking my workers comp case, she requested from list of documents to be email to her office and complete prospective client questionnaire and schedule another telephone appointment one week after I email my documents regarding workers comp. I emailed her all the documents and scheduled telephone appointment, I took time off from work so I can speak with her, I called exactly on the date and time scheduled, I spoke with secretary and per secretary attorney Heather Lam will call you in five minutes, I waited for 2 hours, but she did not call. I sent an email to follow up. no answer from attorney Heather Lam or anyone from her office. this is showed a lock of respect from attorney Heather Lam, I'm very disappointed, if attorney Heather Lam decided not to take may case, she could simply inform via phone and keep her appointment with her client. she lost me as future client and there is no way I will refer anyone to this firm. read more

Other than my initial contact in Jan 2020. The attorneys made no effort to keep me updated. I was not informed verbally, letter or email of my case being transferred from S. Lam to another attorney. Numerous call and emails, and text message the number they provide for "faster" response to to the law firm, attorney Loc Pham, and assistant Christina Rodriquez went months and months unanswered. Shame on you for doing nothing but waiting to collect a check from Workman's comp. Workers Comp is a nightmare, but this law firm knows what they're doing. The paralegal ,Christina, on my case was great at answering all my questions throughout the 3 years of my case.
