He flooded my house causing me to move my wife and 2 babies out for over 2 months. It was $40,000 of damages. He refuses to answer the phone and never reached out after he ruined my house. The porch has the wrong supports and is already sagging (it was installed mid May) and the post are 4 inches from level. The covering for the slab is just 100% incorrect and looks awful. This was the dirtiest job site iv ever seen. They left countless nails and cigarette butts scattered through the whole yard knowing I have a toddler who plays outside everyday. Do not call any company Roy Christian is associated with. He is a scam artist and a cheat. He will cost you more money in fixing damages he causes and on top of that you will have to pay someone else to come fix is subpar workmanship. The day of inspection, I received a phone call from a very friendly lady who called to confirm my appointment and to advise me if the 2 gents that I was meeting to inspect the property I am under contract to purchase. This company was in contact a few times closer to appointment because, my realtor called me 2-3times closer to appointment to update me they did not get the key to get access to the home however, they successfully got access to home & headed out after all. I was excited about the inspection because I could barely sleep the night before so, I was U early glad they got access to the home to put my nervousness to rest. Upon me arriving a few minutes late due to traffic from a rainy day, the 2guys were there & waiting for me. They were just wrapping up & walked me through, their findings. I even learned a few things while they made suggestions & explained what they were doing with equipment they had. I was greatly appreciative of them & their professionalism. The very next day, I & my realtor received the inspection report which included all the pictures they took explaining their findings. I would recommend them to any home buyers as they provided wonderful service, even upto the follow up email I receive yesterday. I give them 5stars!
