From the start, Zuriel, the business owner, represented the business as licensed and bonded, so we trusted them in our time of desperation. We soon regretted our decision to hire them, as the team he assigned to our properties caused over $10,000 worth of damage (to the Sprinkler System, Fence, Gate, Sidewalk, Driveway, and Concrete Pad) and failed to complete the work they did do. This resulted in our needing to hire a second tree service to complete his work. In addition, his team failed to clean up after themselves, but he still wanted to claim the insurance payout for cleanup. When we requested the bonding information from the company, they refused to provide it to us and have still not fixed the issues they caused, to this day.

7:27 PM Mr. Small…read more(sole owner/operator) left me in a really bad position: He came out twice for my regularly scheduled service but failed to show or even to contact me regarding the third. When I reached out to him he stated he was behind due to weather and promised to be out in 3 days. He still did not come or contact me and now does not even respond to my inquiries. Mr. Small pressed me for a review after only the first service, and I told him I would be glad to submit a review following the third service appointment as is my usual practice for ongoing work in order to be able to give a fair report. Now, my property is so overgrown having been promised he was coming that estimates I have obtained to restore are 3 times the price I was paying for regular basic maintenance--money I don't have. I even paid Mr. Small more than the agreed upon amount for his first two visits in an effort to show my appreciation, and he was aware that I was living without air conditioning in order to be able to pay for his services, so I don't understand why he would put me in this position of now having to pay 3 times more due to excessive overgrowth. I chose Mr. Small largely based on the multiple positive reviews and realize that by submitting a negative review I run the risk of being viewed as the 'one person you just can't please', but I just felt a strong need to relate what happened to me in all honesty. I totally understand if for whatever reason any person/business is no longer able to perform as agreed, but what I don't understand is not communicating about it, especially so that I could secure another service before having to pay extra. I am bothered the most because I just don't understand why Mr. Small would do this after promising that he would not let me down. It was not just creating a financial hardship, but personally hurtful.
