My friend referred me to this place. I had my share of doctor visits in the past from many different offices prior to moving Texas (Some of them were well known doctors in US) I have never had a doctor who are so attentive and detailed especially for the Physical Check up. From examining my medicine and vitamin intake to X ray of heart and my bad knee, EKG, Blood work, etc. I am truly impressed. The whole staff was nice and friendly as well. If you don't mind the small town clinic and maybe a little drive from the city, I definitely think he is worth it.

So, I check in (a quick and uneventful check in) and inside 20 min I've filled in all the new…read morepatient forms. 10 min later I'm in a room where the Russian lady is taking my vitals, asking questions about my family history. Very nice lady. She even laughs at my corney jokes! Then she tells me she couldn't read my writing (neither can I! I have tremors.) She laughs at that and we go through all the meds I take for their records. She thanks me and says the dr would be in in a few minutes. About 5 minutes pass and the doc enters the room. He asks how the staff did. I tell him they did great. "Yeah," he says "they're so cool". (And he meant that) Then he starts talking about current events. Then he says "you have" (lists some of my afflictions). I say (wondering how he knew) yeah. We talk a little, he listens to my heart, lungs and says "you have copd too, dont you?" Yeah I say, howd you know? (I never put copd on my check-in papers.) "Lots if experience" he says. We talk about my medical issues. He has an UNCANNY understanding of my issues and quick fixes and long term fixes for my problems. He asks how things are on my current meds. I tell him good...all things considered. He asks if I would like to try one additional prescription. I'm interested. He says the meds that I had discontinued before seeing him attempt to treat only one part of my symptoms. This new med treats a different symptom. He writes it up. I'm going to try it this weekend. Ill check back. BOTTOM LINE: Dr. Morrill is a cut ABOVE most docs. Unassuming, with a wealth of experience, knowledge and even some humor. He's a combat era vet. That makes it easy for me to say: I literally trust this man with my life! P.S. If you can ever find a dr's office that does not have an occasional scheduling problem, well that means you're in heaven, because here on earth plans and schedules seldom go off without a hitch! That goes for EVERY GP, cardiologist, gastrointerologis and every CPA, government official and EVERYONE ELSE!

She is willing to run necessary tests or anything that you ask her to run. She will look into whether your insurance will cover it, etc and code it as necessary. Her office keeps you notified for when you are due for an appointment, etc. I am 23yrs old and have had the same problems my entire life and it was not until I visited Dr Aldrich that she ran diagnostics and actually found what was wrong with me. I love her and will not be changing doctors any time soon. They open early, you can get an appointment at 7:30am and they even have some Saturday hours. They are a small practice and they definitely put their patients first.

The provider didn't examine me, didn't ask questions, and offered no additional care. I was not warned about any policy changes beforehand. This feels like a cash grab, not care. If this is how they treat long-standing patients, I can only imagine how new ones are handled. I've canceled my future appointment and will not be returning. Beware--ask detailed questions about charges before your visit, or you may end up with surprise fees like I did. Also, kept calling about disputing the bill and given the run around. Finally, I had to leave a message and was told by Denisa at the front desk "Ma'am that is your insurance and your responsibility. You have a balance of $35 that is your responsibility" . I sent a copy of the bill for $25 , they are scamming patients! I guess when you start adding more doctors you need to take advantage of your loyal patients to make more money! She's a good doctor but could use some bedside manners. You have to miss an entire day of work just for a sick appointment. Dr. Arnold,no never! Dr. Arnold cannot be replaced! I wish we would have had at least a 30-60 day notice before she left. Dr. Nguyen is not a good fit for Dr. Arnold patients! My family members and other elderly patients that were patients for years had to find another PCP instantly! Speaking for everyone... wish Dr. Arnold the best but I wish she had more time to find a better fit and train the new provider! She has the best bedside manor, she is respectful and she's a great listener. She is unbelievably great with children. My son has never once cried while she was giving him his shots. Everything is exceptionally clean and all the rooms have fun different themes. They even have a special exam room for kids that have all kinds of toys for them to play with while your waiting. I've been with Dr. Arnold for 24 years and for the majority of the time, she has had the same staff. Recently a few members of the staff have been replaced with new people. I have not been impressed. Many of them are unprofessional with a lack of manors. However, Tom is great. He's quick, to the point, friendly, polite and professional. I always schedule my son and my appointments early and we are seen on time. If you are an established patient, you will find the open clinic to be helpful if you need to be seem right away. I cannot confirm the time/dates. I always avoid scheduling my appointment around that time, as the office becomes very busy and I experience a long wait.
