My mother and I have been here 5 times in the past year. We wanted an alternative to giant clinic…read moreexperience as mom is elderly and the three different desks with long walks to check in and leave (and such) was getting too confusing. Mary and Dr. Kupferer are both kind and not rushed. Easier to be seen. We had a long wait one day, because Mary was out with Covid, but Dr. K made us feel like we were his only patients. I recommend this practice, as independent doctors, with their own family practice.

Dr. Kupferer was recommended to us by a current patient. When I called to request an appointment…read morefor my sick husband I was bluntly informed that I had to come in and fill out paperwork before even being allowed to schedule an appointment, followed even more bluntly that doctor was not taking new patients if they needed opioids. I was then treated to the tale of how this woman's son and grandson both had curvature of the spine and her grandson is a wrestler. Meanwhile my husband is coughing so hard he's passing out. In spite of her rudeness I got my husband in the car and made the almost one hour drive to the office. I asked if there was a chance my husband could be seen that day she flippantly informed us that doctor wasn't even in the office. I commented that that would have been nice to know when I called. She quite derisively replied that I hadn't asked. I admit that in my frustration I snipped that I didn't realize I had to ask and turned to help my husband back to the car. On our way out she made sure we heard her sarcastic verbal parting shot, "Nice." It doesn't matter how wonderful the doctor may be when the office staff act as if they're doing you a favor by deigning to speak at you.

Came in for knee pain. All went well until examined by Carolyn Osborn, MSN RN, BC…read more This nurse was one of the most unprofessional Nurses I have seen. It was requested that I bend my knee and when I tried to do this there were a lot of pain involved in making the movements. The nurse started in with what I perceived as a attitude that I was wasting the nurses time. Then the nurse proceeded to role her eyes and treat me as though I was inconveniencing her. I had X-Ray and received some medicine. My belief is that Nurses are God sent and maybe she had a bad. Perhaps she may like to find a different profession if she doesn't want to deal with patients.

The entire process was pleasant, from making the initial appointment to the office staff and especially Dr Burton. They were all very kind and patient with me while being super informative about what was wrong and what needed to happen to get me back in shape. I may not have been a super model before the "incident", but he got my mouth back in working order and even looking better than before taking a puck to mouth!

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and caring. I have honestly never met an office manager who were as personable and wonderful as she was. Dr Burton took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure and personally walked each of my daughters through the process at their separate individual appointments. He made them feel comfortable, reassured, and truly cared for. You can tell he treats his patients with professionalism and kindness. Dr. Burton is extremely professional, knowledgeable, intelligent and charismatic, while also being warm and compassionate. This extremely rare for an oral surgeon. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough! We had such an amazing experience, and I would never trust anyone else with our family's dental needs.

I've had previously had my teeth cleaned at their office by a dental hygienist, but this was the first time I had services from Dr. Fredrickson, himself. All of the staff are very friendly, which is a plus, of course, but I was so impressed with the whole tooth filling process. I hardly was seated in the waiting room before they called me in to start my work. Everything was painless, well timed, and done with precision. Dr. Fredrickson, and the dental assistant worked seamlessly together, so my appointment took hardly any time at all. And I'm totally impressed that even with it being a brand new filling, I can run my tongue over any of my teeth and not be able to find the one that was filled. There are no rough edges or excessive filling material or anything but a slick, good feeling tooth - and it feels perfect when I bite down or chew. I would certainly recommend their office and Dr. Fredrickson, to anyone looking to find a good dental group/program.
