And then sent us to collections. Collections called trying to get me to pay on the phone. I told them to send me a bill so I could look at it, they wouldn't do it at first; but I refused to pay with out a bill, so they did. Called them told them I have a proof of payment, and they said OK! With out checking my proof. It seems to me something is wrong over there and it feels like a scam!!!

He had me in tears before surgery, then 21 days later I went to have it removed, he again verbally abused me and refused to used any anesthesia even though I'm an abuse victim. The director of the hospital got involved and made him do it as he was told to. Thank god. But he is the most horrible person and dr I've ever met in my life. I would not recommend him to anyone! The person calling was unable to verify what ID # had been used. After calling my insurance company and verifying full coverage I called Herrin Hospital scheduling to advise the coverage, requested they contact the insurance company again and to call me back today. We'll see.
