The salesman misrepresented the booth to our company and then refused to take it back. The packaging provided no protection during shipment and was even taped up by The Trade Group on delivery because they couldnt even close it. I've seen VPs and even the CEO out there setting up booths at shows, running to get parts, etc., all to make a booth go off without a hitch. I would recommend (and have) The Trade Group to anyone who needs a real partner in the trade show space.
