You couldn't give customers whenever the time you would like to release. There was also funny thing happened. Once they sent out us this message. This mother fxxker never picked up the phone. We were in the front of his shop for two hours. we can heard someone's walking inside of shop, but they didn't open gate for us. we even called police helped us. This lair still ignored our call and message. FUNNY AS FFFFFFUCK! On Saturday morning, we received a message that they stated our car is ready to pick up. Alright. Walking in for my appointment you are greeted in what I would call concierge type of engagement from the greeting, and engagement on my service. I sat in a nice waiting room and my service was completed within 30 minutes. They offer coffee, water comfortable furniture and TV of course. Most recently, I waited in line 15 minutes at USPS to be told that bc package didn't have clear tape it couldn't be sent and no they don't have clear tape. So I headed around the corner to (walking distance!) mail & copy and literally just handed them the package. Done. The people here are kind and friendly and want to be helpful. They also sell cute merchandise among other useful items. They also do FedEx etc.... Just come here. Save time. And you avoid grumpy post office employees!
