After 3 weeks of them attempting to create the design that I asked for, it was apparent that they did not have the skill set or ability to do the job. So I asked them to refund me the amount of my deposit. I was told that they have a refund policy and that their policy is that they do not give refunds. They forced me to take them to court which I did and the judge has ordered them to pay me. However, I still have not seen my money. If this is how they conduct business, then I'm not interested. If you asked my recommendation about using this company, I would recommend that you do not.

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us.
