WHAT A GEM!!! Found this AMAZING digital printing company, Photo Offset Printing, doing a Google…read moreMaps search for "local digital printers near me". I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area. For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you're debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you'll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. I was blown away by my amazing customer experience. Highly recommend!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! Are you ready to read a fun horror story? You should because you don't…read morewant this to happen to you (emails attached): I came in to the shop on a Thursday in need of a booklet (order of 100) for my business, submitted artwork and was told a sample would be ready the next day. I then emailed the next day after not hearing back and was informed that I needed to resubmit artwork with "bleed" so it could be ready Monday. Did that. Monday rolls around and I reach out only to be told Tuesday it would be ready for pick up. Tuesday I'm notified that my sample book is ready to be reviewed so I go to the shop and find... My book is NOT a book, but rather a collection of loose and untrimmed pages. After discussing how this was not very professional and a few changes, I agree to resubmit artwork since the color science was off and they said that's ok. After emailing them updated artwork, the response was that they would be charging me $50 FOR TWO SAMPLE BOOKS after they completely wasted my time earlier in the day and never mentioned ANY CHARGE for a booklet. After all, it's a SAMPLE and after lying about a booklet that was never made, you'd think they'd waive a fee that they never even told me they'd charge! At this point I give them an ultimatum and a second chance to which of course they blew me off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE AND STAY AWAY! The least professional place I've ever dealt with in Miami and I'm from here. You've been warned.

After 3 weeks of them attempting to create the design that I asked for, it was apparent that they did not have the skill set or ability to do the job. So I asked them to refund me the amount of my deposit. I was told that they have a refund policy and that their policy is that they do not give refunds. They forced me to take them to court which I did and the judge has ordered them to pay me. However, I still have not seen my money. If this is how they conduct business, then I'm not interested. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.
