This was…read moreon a Thursday and Dick told me 4-5 days, "great" I said as I needed it the end of the following week by Friday at the latest and emailed him the file, Dick emailed back one question and that was that, this was Friday. Seeing that I hadn't heard from Dick by the following Tuesday afternoon I emailed him and asked about my sign, wondering how it was going and if he had another question. Are you ready for this? Dick emailed me back and said, "my designer has been out sick for 3 weeks so I suggest you try another printer". WHAT? Why didn't Dick tell me this when I first contacted him? I told him my time frame and if he couldn't get it done by then he should have told me up front. Luckily I found FedEx on 4th. Street and Greg. They did a great job, got it in time for my event and for less than $45.00. Dick wanted $75-$125, conclusion, Dick's a dick and Econoline Signs of Santa Rosa sucks.
