I am an out of town business owner from Sacramento but needed shirts for a charity event I was attending with my employees in Santa Rosa. I had ordered some from a local shop in Sacramento where I live but they failed to deliver on time and we had to travel to Santa Rosa the day they were supposed to be ready. I checked around Santa Rosa by phone before we left town for the event because I figured I would be able to get them locally in Santa Rosa a day or two before the event. I got a multitude of answers to the tune of "sorry man I can't pull that off for you that fast I'm super busy". Price was no issue and I mentioned that to literally every person I talked to. What I asked for wasn't super complicated and I don't really understand why I was refused over and over again. Either way, we got our shirts from iCustom with no hassle and before the deadline and they even cut me a great deal which was roughly 25% less of what I was supposed to pay in Sacramento! I emailed what I needed to the gentleman I talked to on the phone (I presume he was the owner because of how knowledgeable he was and how fast his answers were but he never indicated that to me and didn't have a superiority complex like most of the other guys did). This is my go to place for graphic tees and custom apparel. They have the fastest turn around time and offer a WARRANTY on most of their custom apparel. I have never heard of any custom tshirt store offering to fix and or replace a shirt that has normal wear and tear. I bought a shirt 2 years ago when they first moved into their new location and the owner who i ran into at peets coffee told me to come in to give me a complimentary wax on a sweater that had normal wear on it. needless to say he made my sweater look brand new for free. After a horrible experience with the photobutton kiosk in front of their store trying to get a mug I decided to have a tshirt made instead. I ended up going to icustom even though they looked expensive but ended up paying less than $25 for a tshirt with a picture of mine and lettering that filled up the whole shirt. I have gone back a few times since and the guy working I cant remember his name (the white guy) but was very helpful every time. He not only went above and beyond with my order but he also gave me a discount on buying more than 1 even though I didnt ask for it. I don't know any other place nearby where you can walk in with an idea for shirt and have it done in 15 minutes. The process is extremely easy, quick and painless. On more than one occasion, I've brought ideas in and the end products came out fantastic! If you're just getting one shirt, they can usually do it on the spot. THIS IS MY SPOT!!!! I made the mistake of going to the kiosk in front of their store BIG BIG BIG mistake never go there. One of the owners took care of me after the photobutton guy messed up my shirts for my friends wedding. He gave me a discount because he felt bad for me. he made my shirts in less than an hour and charged me 15 dollars less than that STUPID photobutton kiosk. This place is five stars in my book they go above and beyond to help me create an idea I have in my head and put it on to anything . they offer to put it on a shirt banner stickers all sorts of different types of garments the manager and the employees all are very intuitive with designs I am trying to create especially since I have a lot of off the wall ideas but they are never rude and they always try and make me leave they store happier then when I come in I highly recommend them read more
