I called because my 15 year old son broke his mouse and I needed a cheap temporary replacement, but this owner tried to overcharge me When I brought it up, he tried to gaslight me in his reply by pretending he never talked to me and playing word games about computer parts. I only called two places that day, so I know exactly who I spoke to. He tried to take advantage of a stressed mother trying to help her son. In my opinion, his pricing is shady and unethical. Be careful doing business with him

I brought my phone here in a panic because it had fallen in the toilet the day before, and was…read morerestarting every 2 minutes. The owner was super nice and accommodating; I called and was talking very fast because I only had 2 minutes before my phone would restart, so he let me come over. In person he took a look at my phone and gave me my options based on his honest opinion. I was very grateful for him taking the time to share all the info with me about my options, he even looked up different prices for me for parts or getting a new/used phone, gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost to fix the phone and how long, helped me compare costs/weigh options, told me what he would do if he was me and was overall extremely patient and helpful. After his explanations I ended up deciding to not fix my phone as it wouldn't be guaranteed to work with water damage, and get a new/used one elsewhere for a similar price instead. Which was not a good decision for him as he loses business in this one instance, but he has absolutely gained a future customer with his integrity and transparency. I will definitely be going to him next time I have any phone or computer issues. Thank you so much again! (I forgot to get your name but thank you!)

After awhile, I started walking towards the exit when this woman with red hair approached me and blocked me from leaving. She immediately accused me of shoplifting. She said things like "I swear I saw you steal a necklace or some piece of jewelry" and "you can pay for the jewelry you took at the front." She was very rude and unprofessional from the start of our interaction. I tried to explain I didn't steal but she called over another employee, which at this point I got a bit annoyed and rebuked by saying "what do you want to do, pat me down?" And I was ready to prove it too. This older employee said I could just leave. There are better ways to prevent possible shoplifting. But to instantly accuse, cause a scene and still be wrong is just plain ridiculous. Will not be coming back!
