Low-quality execution and unreliable service. I ordered a simple custom vinyl T-shirt print, but…read morepart of the design was poorly weeded, leaving the image looking more like an ink blot than a clean image. Their business hours are inconsistent as well--I called at 11:30 a.m. and no one was there, called again at 2 p.m. and they were open, but when I arrived at 4 p.m. to pick up my order, the shop was already closed. My order was left outside in the front of the business on a busy street. When they cashed me to confirm if I picked it up I took the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with the shoddy work, and all the guy said was they did their best and rushed to hang up. On top of that, I was charged over $30 for a basic white Gildan 3X T-shirt with a one-color, text-only print on one side, which feels overpriced given the quality. Overall, highly disappointing. I would not recommend this business.

I was in this store every other day with new demands, and the owner Romin, and the employee Kevin, were exceptionally helpful and kind to me. I got quotes on mailing a bowling ball, a suitcase, coffee machine, sculptures, artwork, hearing aids, costume jewelry, and valuable jewelry. Some of it was weird shapes. Some of it had to be packed with extra care. Some of it needed a lot of insurance. Romin and Kevin walked me through everything with complete skill and expertise. Every single package arrived intact and well packed at its destination on schedule. 100% success rate 100% satisfaction.

I walked in, was immediately helped by a kind woman who just had me send my attachments for print along to them via email and 5 minutes later I was walking out with everything I needed. For about 100 standard copies and all black and white, it was around $45. Back to parking: it is all street parking and I found a spot around the corner at a meter right away. I guess it will all just depend on the time of day that you need to go but George St can for sure be a little tricky. Thank you for you quick and kind help!

Additionally, I returned to the store on October 3, 2926 at approximately 8:00 p.m. after…read morereceiving notification that my print order was ready for pickup. At that time, I was assisted by members of the evening print staff, who were different from the employees I encountered earlier that day . I explained the difficulties and frustration I experienced during my afternoon visit and shared that, historically, my husband and I have received exceptional service from the evening team. Both employees listened attentively, clearly explained the printing process, and offered sincere apologies for the confusion, delays, and poor experience I had encountered earlier. Their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist reflected the level of customer service I have come to expect from Staples and highlighted the significant contrast between my afternoon and evening experiences. Additionally, when I arrived to pick up my print order, I noticed that my name had been written on the order in decorative lettering resembling a horror or Halloween-themed font, complete with what appeared to be dripping blood effects. Under different circumstances, this may have been intended as a harmless or creative embellishment. However, given the frustration, lack of professionalism, and negative interactions I had already experienced earlier that day, I found it inappropriate and unsettling. At a minimum, it demonstrated poor judgment. I also learned that Charles, the individual who represented himself as the manager when my husband specifically requested to speak with a manager, is in fact a supervisor and not the store manager. I am particularly concerned by this apparent misrepresentation. When a customer requests to speak with a manager, they should either be provided access to the appropriate manager or be clearly informed of the employee's actual role and title. Transparency and honesty are essential components of effective customer service and are critical to maintaining customer As a customer, I believe this situation warrants serious attention to ensure that future customers receive the level of service, professionalism, and respect that Staples strives to provide. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Ms.Anderson
