I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

The shop didn't advertise a price point I was hoping to find, but Mark nevertheless provided me a quote on the spot. After shopping around a bit, I found their quote not only competitive locally but compared to large, big-box national chains. After uploading my PDF, I e-mailed EasyPrint123 and received a response almost immediately from Mark. The entire process was so easy and painless that I was surprised. That same day, I received a text letting me know that my order was complete, much faster than I had even imagined. The entire job was done around the same time that another franchise e-mailed to say that they had received my request for a quote! He advised me that they only handle larger (i.e., more expensive) jobs and that I would be better off going to Staples. I ended up sending my job to a big nationwide company. People wonder why businesses in Millburn are losing money and closing. I have seen the blame falling on various township policies, traffic flow, lack of parking, etc. But at a more fundamental level, if the attitude of at least some business owners in Millburn is that some customers or jobs are too low-revenue and not worth their time, they have none other than themselves to blame. I would avoid them, unless you have more than 2200 pages to copy or print.
