Received superior customer service from Nicole who helped with everything from previewing a proof, paying the invoice, and instructions on how to make the installation. This was critical as I am based in Arizona, Signs & More is based in Georgia, and the bridge is located in New Jersey. Nicole did a quality job of facilitating this remote/virtual transaction. Also, Signs & More was patient as we went through the process of securing township approval to move forward with our project. The plaque looks great, is of high quality, and ultimately was exactly what I was seeking.

While there were some unavoidable delays on our end related to corporate approval of the proof, the process since then has been extremely difficult. I honestly can't count how many emails and phone calls I've made trying to get updates or follow through on commitments. We paid approximately $1,300, yet still do not have a sign installed. On multiple occasions I was told "it will be installed this week" or even "it will be installed today," only for that timeline to pass with no communication. Each time, a new excuse followed. Most recently, I was told the installer was sick yesterday but on the way today--only to call back hours later and be told he never came into work at all because he was sick. Delays happen, but repeated missed commitments and inconsistent communication are not acceptable. At this point, the biggest issue is not the delay itself but the lack of reliability and transparency throughout the process. I had hoped for a much smoother experience and better follow-through.
