If I could give no stars I would. I've known the stylist, Brooke, since high school and considered her a friend. Her mother is the owner. Brooke was supposed to dye my hair midnight blue. She put on my natural hair after bleaching it for the first time. Of course the color did not hold as a stylist should know. The color only held in certain spots. She combed my hair over so I wouldn't notice the light roots and heat damage from her straightening and sent me on my way. when I got home I noticed how awful my hair looked and reached out to her. She offered to fix/ further damage my hair. I declined her offer as she tried to cover her mistake instead of be honest about it. I asked for a refund and she refused. I then contacted her mother/ Salon owner, Carlynn who told me that if I knew my hair was natural and sensitive I should not have gotten it done and also offered to re color and re style which would've caused further damage. She refused to give me a refund at first then only offered me a $25 refund after arguing with me. I had to deep condition my hair the day after I got it "done" because it looked so unhealthy. I basically paid $85 for a trim. I am so SO dissatisfied with this establishment. If they treated me (a friend/acquaintance) poorly imagine what they will do to a stranger. Brooke proceeded to send me a text saying "LOL" when I politely expressed my concerns and sent pictures of my hair to her. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. Had to go buy a wig right after getting my hair done to cover the damage. AWFUL! No apology for the horrible job done or anything. Stylist and owner said they are sorry I wasn't happy with the heat damaged, orange-ish brownish blue hair they gave me and oh well basically.
