Do not, I repeat do not hire this company. They are complete crooks & you will be taken advantage…read moreof by these con artists. They lied about being licensed in my town & having permits to work at our home. When confronted after weeks of excuses they pulled out of our contract & ran away with upwards of 70k & only completed about 50% of the contract. The new contractor has to literally redo more than half of the work they completed. Look this man up & his son up on "Mycase Indiana" & you will see lawsuit after lawsuit. I wish I would've known this before we were taken advantage of, hopefully it can save people a headache.

Brandy's Lock & Key Shop...... what a great local business…read morethis is. It's located just Northwest of the heart of Valparaiso IN. I have just bought a house and wanted all my exterior locks changed out so I knew no one would have keys but my family and I. 25+ locks was a lot to do but the tech they sent out was up for the task. Man was he great and fast. It was not that expensive either. I had a lot less locks at my old house and the price was almost the same. I had a noon appointment and it only took 2hrs and 40mins and that's with me going to every lock and tearing every key. I felt really bad for the guy seeing it was 95+ degrees outside and his shirt was almost completely drenched with sweat when he was done. If you need a quality locksmith I highly recommend Brandy's locksmith. Fraternally, David Hanson

Andy answered by emails inquiry right away and explained the process as we looked together on line…read more I have hardwood and debated over the cost of professional sanding or Mr Sandless. Professional sanding gets dust everywhere and I was not feeling that in a house where it would linger- get into my furnace etc..My house was pretty empty in these rooms and I was getting new furniture. I had measured all my rooms so I had a good handle on what he needed to know. He gave me a phone quote, set up the appointment the exact day I needed it. He arrives with a coworker promptly on time and went on to walk the rooms with me; explaining the process. He had a tablet that showed me the quote and work price which was as agreed and we signed there and he emailed me my quote right there. Very impressive. He said if anything changed he would call me as I was home that day. The work is fairly quiet, he updated me once they had the floors stripped. There was no strong odor. He pointed how much improved many areas were that were damaged. I was so pleased. He let me know how much more time they had and the final steps . When they were ready to put in the final coat he called me to let me know they would back their way out and it would take 30 minutes to dry; not to put furniture back for 24 hours. The floors were stunning, practically flawless and so dry in 30 minutes. I am so happy and saved a boatload of money. 3 rooms $802. Just do it- so worth it. They even helped me bring in my new wool rugs that were way too heavy for m to lift. Love you guys!
