The popcorn was being fresh popped as I walked in and it smells so good. I did sample the cheese jalapeños flavor. It was perfect not to spicy that you can't eat it. It kept the integrity of the cheese flavor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a cheese popcorn out of the warm bin. It was 1/2 gone by the time I got home. The holidays always make me want popcorn. Maybe a throw back to my childhood when we would get those big tins of popcorn - it was never very good, but still addicting. I am always on the look out for new places to try and came across Signature popcorn online. I ordered the Peanut Butter Cup, Cinnamon roll, and a classic combo cheese and caramel. I thought the Peanut butter cup would be my favorite, but while it was good - it definitely did not have the peanut butter flavor you would expect. The classic duo was good - you get the sweet and the savory. The surprise favorite was the cinnamon roll - we demolished that bag in one day! So delish and so addicting. What is not addicting is the price of the popcorn for what you get along with the shipping costs. A bit pricey compared to other shops. I know you get what you pay for, but there is quite the competition out there. If I lived by their shop I would continue to purchase - just not sure it was good enough to have it shipped. read more

Had 3 bags delivered to Florida. Got the spicy cheddar, peanut butter cup, and the cheesy bacon. All 3 bags tasted great! they were well packed, shipped quickly, and all very fresh. I also like that the bag was resealable to ensure freshness for as long as possible... no need to eat it all in 1 sitting! one 1 suggestion.. (but honestly its not a biggie) while i loved the peanut butter cup it was more sugar sweet than "peanut butter chocolaty" which is what i hoped for.. but it was good enough that i killed the bag in 2.5 days, lol. The service has been amazing from beginning to end. For weeks I had been looking for snacks to surprise my friends/coworkers with, and I finally stumbled upon their website. It was perfect because they were affordable, had great variety and options, and shipped nationwide without charging ridiculous fees. Plus, who doesn't love popcorn?! I was so pleased, and even more impressed at how quickly everything was shipped out and delivered! My friends and I have received our popcorn and are loving it! The handwritten notes were also a nice touch, and not expected! Most companies have them typed, so it was sweet to see someone take the time to write out the messages. The one improvement I'm hoping to see is images/descriptions of ALL the flavors that are available. The site only showed the main collection and not any special flavors. Accidently found this place on Instagram, and sent a birthday order to a family member. They loved the cake batter popcorn and adorable "Happy Birthday" tin so much that they sent me multiple messages about it. Even pictures of their children sneaking the tin to their room. I just placed another order yesterday for another family members birthday, and it has already shipped. It's always a challenge sending sending birthday gifts to my side on time, since all our birthdays fall so close to Xmas. Looks like this gift will be there right on time! The popcorn is pretty good. I moved to Georgia and I was telling my sister that there aren't any good popcorn stores down here. For Christmas my sister went online and ordered me a "bucket" of popcorn from this place. The popcorn is better than anything I've gotten down here in Georgia but they should be ashamed of how much they charge for their popcorn and shipping. It is delicious popcorn but in my last shipment I founf to many broken pieces leave an abundant of crumbs in the bottom of bag. It was like the bags were beat up. I still love the popcorn and may try it again. Since I have been a customer for a short while I have had 2 issues with them BUT they made it right, I wish they could find a way to secure the bags in the boxes so the popcorn isn't broken. I love mom & pop businesses and do my best to support them wherever I go. I kept seeing ads for the popcorn and I love popcorn so when free shipping kept popping up I thought what the heck, I'll try it out. I read all the comments on their Facebook posts to get at some good flavors and finally settled on a trio of sweet flavors and a large trio of savory. My kids and hubs loved the cookies and cream but the whole sweet trio was just too sweet for me. It was over sugared and sticky. I liked the cinnamon roll flavor but it tasted like it was coated with redhots flavored syrup or extract. Just tasted artificial. On to the savory flavors. The Chicago mix was right in point. Thought I was eating garrets except it had way more cheese popcorn than carmel. The pizza flavor didn't taste like much of anything, so much so that I was wondering what flavor it even is. The third and final flavor I got was spicy & red colored. This one was a let down too because it wasn't spicy at all. There was tons of powdered flavoring on the popcorn and the popcorn itself was really fresh. Not thinking I'll order again but I'm glad to have supported a Midwest-based small business. read more

We've had multiple orders which we really enjoyed. The last one didn't measure up. There were 3 flavors: - cheddar was too salty - cheddar/caramel did not have enough caramel - cheddar/ jalapeno did not have enough spice in it The last 2 above were new to us, so I assume we just didn't care for the mixture. Their customer service is exceptional, they even re-mailed an order that was lost in transit. All without complaint or an extra charge. The popcorn has been tasty and fresh. What more could you ask for? They even understood when I mentioned the saltiness of a particularly flavor (Sriracha), while good...it was a bit much after a few handfuls. We went to long grove yesterday for the 1st time in 20 years. We didn't realize most of the shops were closed on Monday's. We went to the signature Popcorn store and found out they also were closed. When we walked away from the locked store a man which was the owner came out and said we're closed but your welcome to come in. He was so nice and very friendly. He gave us samples of the popcorn and the fudge. His product was top notch. It was so good!!! We bought a few bags to go home. His friendliness and great personality was our favorite part of the experience. I would travel the 30 min drive again for this product. We were so happy.
