But then the icing on the cake was last night after hours, I called the owner, Jason Lindgren, on his cell for help to find a mis delivered FEDX pkg containing original signed closing documents for a real estate transaction closing today. The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow! Well Jason saved the day! I could not be more grateful! If there were 10 stars, I would give them!

Many other companies told me they did not do that. Jeff was great! Thank you Jeff for being flexible and for the outstanding service! I will recommend you to other parents who might need a football helmet too!

Our business has used multiple courier services over the past years. One Hour Messenger is by far…read morethe best!! Mik and Ben are always pleasant and helpful on the phone. If they can't make my time frame, they let me know up front (although this is very rare). Other services have taken the job only to notify us later that they can't deliver on time. The drivers at One Hour Messenger are all polite and friendly and we see the same faces over and over (versus a new person every time). They are timely, professional, and pleasant. Their pricing is very competitive. We have some odd requests at times and Ben always accommodates us. We count on One Hour Messenger for all of our courier needs now.

He actually got the documents delivered ahead of their stated time which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid reliable service at a reasonable price.

I still had other businesses contacting me with questions on my request for a quote when they had already completed the delivery for me! I think total time from quote request to completion was not much over an hour! They sent a picture of the drop off receipt and completed it in the bracket of time that they promised. I was given *MOODY'S QUICK SERVICE's* name by Mercury Courier (Thank you, Mercury!), because they didn't have availability. WOW! WOW! WOW! YAY for Moody's!! If all companies could be like Moody's, what a great world it would be. The lady answered the phone quickly and was very quick and efficient. She answered all my questions. I called back when I was ready and gave her all my information. She told me what time somebody would come by to pick up the papers. Her quote was beyond reasonable, so much less than I thought it would be. I was extremely happy!! I called her back just to confirm the guy would be coming by because I'm so used to people flaking out and things going wrong, and she reassured me the driver would be coming. And, yes, he did show up. He was a very friendly guy named Rick. I'm giving a big shout out to Rick, who was extremely nice. Very friendly and personable, and seems to really and truly enjoy his job. I can't thank you enough, to Moody's service and Rick, for what you do. You took so much stress off of me for the situation that I was in. 5 stars all the way!!
